SAM JACOBS??

Looks like there are plenty of people willing to spend $460K on Lobbe this year, but have not seen a team with Sam Jacobs in it for the same price..?
Anyone have thought on weather Jacobs could lift his average back up? I see him as more proven than Lobbe at this stage?

Jacobs was a gun in 2012 and one of the best ruckmen in the comp.
He burned many the following year.
He could be a good POD, but I don't like him as he burnt me this year  >:(

Yeah he was outstanding in 2012 and was robbed of all australian.. yet only averaged 102. That to me says steer clear.
His best is still not outstanding fantasy wise

Yeah I jumped on him last year when I thought he had bottomed out well he just kept throwing crap scores  :'(

It's a fair question, but as said above he burned quite a few last year. Wondering if there are any crows fans who might have an idea whether there were any factors contributing to this that might be overcome in 2014?

He burnt me to a crisp last year. I won't be returning ant time soon. I think he will bounce back for sure though. I expect him to average between 90-95. Yet that's not enough to warrant selection.

Started with him last year got a couple of decent scores from him then he went downhill so I traded him out before he dropped too much in price to Stevie J

Yeah got burned as well last year. I kept giving him that "extra " week to come good, and ended up losing more cash than I should have. So a easy no for me

i did the exact same thing. looked to be on the bubble and just kept falling

but who knows he could produce what we all expected him to do last year.
