But would you go Gunston or Pav?

Both for me ATM. One of the hardest things for me is fitting 4 of Danger, Martin, Franklin, Gunston and Pav into F1-4. Have almost had every combination possible. The thing that is deciding it for me ATM is the extra cash gained from going both Pav and Gunston with no Franklin, gets me Martin, rather than another sub 160k rookie

I want Gunston and Pav.

On Shaw, I will see how he goes. there are too many good options down back this year and risks on other lines. I expect him to do well, but whether or not that equates to a 100 avg who knows. I doubt he'll get tagged any more than he did at the Pies but- No-one scored 100 avg at GWS last season. They will improve but he would be sharing points with Mummy,Ward,Treloar,Greene,Shiel etc.
But he could just go nuts down back and on a wing, the younger players will look for him and Hunt. If I wanted a risk/smokie in the backs it would be Heater.

Ive heard the Pavlich hype of "running the house down" just like higgins does every year. Hes good... but if i had to pick one of them id go gunston. Freo has picked up sylvia, gumbleton... to add to there FWD line of mayne etc.. meaning IMO they will have the added luxury of resting PAV more often so they may end up averaging similar 90+ (hopefully) i have a feeling PAV is going to miss games and you know *touch wood* gunston will play 22games.
Pav had an injury interrupted preseason last year so I'm not sure who you heard that he was training the house down from last year as it was made very public that he wasn't...

And we won't rest him in the first half of the season. It will be in the last part that he may get rested, if at all.
