What's one thing you wish you never saw?

Living with a Grandparent who has dementia is pretty horrible, considering I'm more or less seeing a figure I love deteriorate every single day right in front of my eyes

I know what you mean man. My grandparents were recently put in a retirement home and they are slowly loosing their minds and forgetting key memories. One day i just fear that i will walk in and they won't even remember who i am. A few family members have already had to go through that phase.

Yeah me too haha. Fortunately hasn't happened to me, apparently nearly did one time lol.

Closest i have is walking in and hearing my sister and her boyfriend in the early morning.

When you wake up and look for a nice early morning relief in your bed the one thing that will chop your wood down is hearing family members experience that relief before you do.

Enjoy the memories while you can is all I say.  Remember the good times.  My father at the moment is really going down.  Remembers me when I visit but forgets I was there later in the day so very disheartening.
