Yup Henderson has become swallow for me

Hibberd also very impressive!  :o Was an option i was considering like Enright purely for consistency, has a handy bye and could be handy if more cash is needed and you decide to drop McVeigh for a Round 10 bye player.

Zach Merrett could also be a white knight in the forward line.  ;D

Would be amazing if he got up for a round 1 debut but it will be very unlikely!

Fingers crossed, forward rookies are tough to come by.

Gazza with the point after the siren to win :o Went through after but the Essendon player touched it so it counted

swallow has done enough for me, wouldnt be worried about the low sc score, averaged 10 more in sc than he did in dreamteam. Gaz probably stole a few points at the end there as well. Looked good, reckon he will go 95+

Allows me to go Murph > Cotch, Murph looked like he had carried on from last years bad form, only NAB cup but will have to have a good game to get a gig from here.

Agreed, almost everyone had a lower SC:DT except for Ablett. (Surely they didn't give him Everitt-like points for a match-winning point in a NAB game, did they?) He's usually a clean player, and gets his points from multiple avenues too which is impressive (tackles, marks, goals!)

And I've even considered downgrading Murph to Savage FWIW (yes, I have Thomas too.) The only real rookies look like theyre in the middle, may even end up with Suckers at D6 and use the money to get Hibberd in my side as well?  :o

Really?
76 points and we have him locked in?

He is very much on my radar. I can see the appeal.
But let's all simmer down for a minute and remind ourselves that its the first nab game and GC were missing there second and third best midfielders.
He played ok tonite. Ok

The big tick was how much time he spent on ball.
He gets a tick for tonite until next game.

lol if you're considering this bloke you're crazy.

didn't watch the game live... didn't wanna know the score as I was gonna watch it tomorrow... didn't think it would be spoilt here... was wrong... thanks hawkers65 :P

Pretty much how I see it at this stage. One too watch, no doubt.

Converts to a 90 if you use the formula for the extra 8 players playing. Very solid for his first hitout and personally believed he played a much better game then that. 23 disposals at a DE of 78, 10 contested, 5 clearances, 6 tackles, 5 1%'s and a goal! Was a standout watching it live and certainly one of the best on field. I'd also expect an extra 10% TOG too.

Hahaha, so sorry man! :(

On a side note j Mart was pretty average.
Didn't start in the guts much at all.

Gonna have to average at least 80-85 to make his selection at all vindicated.
Feeling more and more comfortable leaving him out.
