I'm so torn with Hanley! I want to keep him coz i know he's one of the best and he may be out only two weeks.

But he could also be out for two weeks, and when he comes back will depreciate in value, with no guarantee of being fully fit.

With issues such as underperforming premiums; i don't want to have to deal with one more premium, this time not even playing at all.

Plus I am kind of willing to burn the trades to boost up my scores; also since Hibberd/Simpson are cheaper.

Ringo

OK go to your choice of Simpson and Hibberd. Watch Hanley when he returns and you may be able to go Langdon to Hanley during byes.

Cash: $247,800
Trades: 25
--bye round in brackets--

Considering to trade:
Tyson $325,100 (be98)
Ellis $278,100 (be101) not picked
Dunstan $320,200 (be87)

Bubble boys include:
Sam LLoyd (fwd)
S Gray and Robertson (mid)
Cutler (def)

-Am I trading in popular pick Sam Lloyd this week?
-Which midfield rookie am i upgrading, and to who?
-Or do i consider a double downgrade?

GoLions

Most people will be doing a double downgrade this week, cause who knows when we'll get the chance to have this many rookies to bring in. Ellis and Tyson/Dunstan to Robertson and Lloyd (via Taylor DPP) are probably the most common trades this week.

yess that double downgrade is becoming increasingly popular! just better hope it doesn't result in lost points against league opponents  :-X

Much better for your team in the long run though :)

Cutler will not rise in price much at all this week. est 40/40k

I would look at Ellis to Robertson and one of Aish or Cunningham to to Lloyd. You have the benefit of seeing whether Aish is sub as well before moving.

Next week Langdon to Cutler
Then start upgrading as desired with your cash chest.

I would ask, why Aish/Cunningham to off load for Lloyd instead of Tyson/Dunstan?

agreed. Aish/Cunningham still have 25-40K to make.
Tyson/Dunstan huge BE's though reachable are still better downgrade candidates

Ringo

Aish is also nearing his ceiling if you look at B/e - I personally think with Roos admitting he made a mistake with subbing Tyson he will go well this week and Dunstan imo will achieve his.  Know this is different to a lot of discussion on the forum and that is fine just my opinion.  Aish is showing signs of tiredness already and would not surprise to see him vested this week as well.

It's that time of the year...

Italian Stallions
DEF: Swallow, Enright, Langdon, Mitchell, Simpson, Suckling, Langford, Hibberd

RUC: Currie, Mcevoy, Sandilands, King

I've got ten round 8 bye players. So 20 available.
I've got eight round 9 bye players. So 22 available.
I've got twelve round 10 bye players. So 18 available.

Rookie Breakevens
Langdon: -33
Robertson: -26
Currie: 6
Tyson: 8
Cunningham: 13
Langford: 13
Lloyd: 21
Polec: 25
Taylor: 30

I'd love some really strong scores over these next two bye rounds, so upgrades are in order...

Hold Rioli for this week, trade to Gray next week

This week I would do;
Cunningham-->Acres
Robbo-->Pendles

Next week;
Suckling-->Hurn
Tyson-->Jelwood
Rioli-->Gray

Hopefully you can do that with the cash available

Ringo

Agree with above,

You can also interchange Taylor and Rioli this week to give you maximum playing strength if required.

Would also be tempted to go Impey to Cameron this week will give you additional options for next 2 weeks as well,
