Actually, I've heard that it's pronounced with a kinda Frenchified 'j'. The same sound in the word "beige".

For anyone studying linguistics, that would be the voiced postalveolar fricative.

So it should be: [doʊʒ]

Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere on the internet that can play you what IPA (international phonetic alphabet) sounds like, but it's...
'd' as in 'dog'
'oʊ' as in 'no'
'ʒ' as in 'beige'

yeah this is correct, but I didnt know how to explain it, so I just used a sharp j, which is simillar

It's always hard to explain how words are pronounced to other people. "a sharp j" meant the 'j' in James to me, rather than the one I was talking about which I would call a soft 'j'... but then a soft 'j' could be more like a 'y'... hence I just gave up and used my linguistics terms to try explaining it :)
