So you're saying that Cox/Daw combo will score more than Sandi/HMAC combo in r1?
I dont think it's even close...

It's not close at all!!

Estimated Scores
Cox = 85 Daw = 40    Total = 125

Sandi = 78 Hmac = 67   Total = 145

pommyadam

you honestly think Daw will score as much as 40?

Can see HMac average upwards of 80+

he's on about score in rd1, but nice to know where you're at
I think his average depends on whether he's the main ruckman (or Simpson is)

Look, I hear you.

Cox got 97 average last year, right... why assume 12 points less?

Daw got 48... why assume 8 points less, despite him not being injured, and has a year extra of football.... should get a 10 point average..... lets say 58.

97+58 = 155 for Cox + Daw.

Even if we just assume Daw and Cox get the same as last year... that is 97+48=145.
You've got Sandi & HMac at 145.

Whilst HMac should average around 80, I don't see him doing that in Round 1. I'm not even convinced that he will play Round 1.

EDIT:-> Though, I can certainly see an argument for Cox + Sandilands instead - I'll change to that.

I have Will Minson as R1, just because it is his year, as proven by his performance in 2013.

Hamish Mcintosh however played very well for the 9 or so games in 2012 for North Melbourne. I remember he was pretty much the most consistent out of all the premium rucks at that time. He is a player of enormous value in AFL Fantasy Classic IMO. However I just can't squeeze him with Aaron Sandilands so cheap...

What do I do? Start with Aaron Sandilands and look to upgrade him to Hamish Mcintosh as soon as possible? Think I am going to have to give him a miss unfortunately....

I was tempted to line up with both (as R2 and R3), and then trade to Tex (via Thurlow as FWD) when one got injured
Tex being out till rd15 makes me reconsider that one

You'd be surprised, shocked, if Tex wasnt back by the bye rounds, to be honest.
