Def: McVeigh Mitchell safe! You need a safer d3 considering Atley is d4 because he is very risky IMO... Reward is great! 8/10
Mid: Very strong but is very similar too others, Like to see Taylor and Garlett up fwd... Waste of mid rookie space there.... 8/10
Ruc: I like how you've gone Leuy over nic nat! Big year for him rest is very normal though! 8.5/10
Fwd: I feel like I've never seen first 3 ;) Pavlich is old so maybe go for. More midfield type... Hogan could be Fasolo IMO...! 8/10

Def: I think suckling needs to be a Premo if you play the 2 onfield rookies... Rest of the selections are good! 7/10
Mid: strong here Steven and Barlow are pods but tthere not safe options for Premo's... Unlike Watson and others. 8/10
Ruc: normal here 8/10
Fwd: danger and Martin musts, chapman is iffy um not safe at all! And well gunno is also risky... I'd have Rohan over Banfield ATM... 7/10

Now I know that Wattsy is a sore point with some people but with more game time in the middle and paul roos to help shape him, plus excellent disposal and marking ability over other midfielders I am expecting watts to exceed the 86 average he had in 2012 and to break into the 90's. The other option was swallow but could not afford him however both are an upgrade on atley. I believe this will be jacks year!

Def: it's a good line, I like watts but if you can afford swallow it's be better because he's more of a keeper I reckon well more likely anyway! 8/10
Mid: I question this midfield... Only looking at 2 maybe 3 115+ players...  Ablett and Pendlebury and maybe one of the other 2 could! 8/10
Ruc: same ruck as the other time 8.5/10
Fwd: is better, with Fasolo over hogan it was border 8.5 last time and this just got it there! 8.5/10

I have 38k left. Gone weaker in the forwards as I feel you need to be quite strong in the backline with fewer rookies presenting themselves as good options at this stage. Gunston at F3 as he averaged around 95-96 unsubbed last year from what I heard, and his average in his 6 games or so without Buddy was around 110 IIRC. If NicNat isn't fit round 1 he will likely become Leuenberger or Lobbe. No rookies are set in stone yet, will largely come down to who is named round 1. Thanks in advance :)

Very heavy Backline! I'd consider you going Birchall to, Atley, Swallow, Grimes or Broadbent... So you could get Mitchell or McVeigh... I like Broadbent a lot considering he will be no.1 rebounder at the power. Still 8.5/10

Nice Midfield... Although you'd be benefitted more if you went rocky to Watson and had one of j.martin and D.tyson starting in your M6 position! Rest of your Premo and mid price picks are good! 8/10

Rucks I think could use some downgrading here... You can't go wrong with this combo but look at the Midprice options out there... You could grab 200-300k from downgrading to ensure a quality team elsewhere... Those mid pricers won't take long to turn into Goldstein or nic nat... I'd go Nic Nat to Sandilands or Goldstein to Grundy... 9/10

Could deffinately use some extra cash here mate, Fasolo at f4 is extreme... A lot of people have him at f6.. Your other 3 picks are good though! 7/10

Def: good defence! Maybe if you bring in a cheaper rookie for Kk or mac... You have some extra cash to play around with that way, like you said they're not set in stone so change them to get a Premo team you like. Mitchell is good, Thompson too, I'd go to Hanley from Simpson it's worth the extra 3k. 8.5/10

Mid: first two good, I'd consider Rockliff up to Watson... 10k well spent IMO. Rest of this line is good, 8/10

Ruc: normal line here, I'd go Berger over nic nat even if nic nat is fit, 8/10

Fwd: you only really have 2 100% keepers here... Gunston isn't really reliable... Breust, pav, Zorko and Motlop are probably better options. Maybe look to get Fasolo, Rohan, Bock/lamb at f4/5/6 then atleast you have someone sorta reliable. 6.5/10
