Hey everyone, after not being successful in the vacant WXV coaching position, I still feel like I'd like to get involved with the competition a bit more.

If anyone is after an assistant coach to help out with running the team, let me know!

ANNOUNCEMENT

Ele and I would like to welcome BB to the club as an assistant coach :)

His experience in XVs and footy knowledge will be a valuable addition to the Tigers, and we're stoked to have him on board.

Welcome mate!

Formidable coaching panel!

Welcome BB!

I've had to take a pay-cut to allow us to sign BB to a lucrative deal, but I feel that it'll be worth it!

Haha nice try, I heard about the Grand Final bonus you had written into your contract during the finals series

Safe to say I'm glad you declined my offers for him less than a week ago.

Just out of interest.  Does anyone have the averages of using stand alone Captains compared to using Co-Captains ?

I'm guessing a solo Captain is a higher average, but volatile.  CC would be more stable and a "safer" option.  I wonder how big of a difference the average is.

Edit note: I'd expect if you don't have a stand out Captain choice, then using CC would be more beneficial.
If you have a 20 point gap between M1 and M2, then a solo Capt would be of greater advantage..
