Understand people want this going straight away.... but we will have months of basically no activity in Jan-Feb-March anyway, so think we can be a bit patient.

Side note - anyone know a good sight that has the most uptodate lists for AFL teams? The AFL website is a minefield of crap.
We're only asking to start the draft and hopefully get the first two rounds done though Oss, having it drag out into Jan/Feb isn't a problem.

Footy wire is up to date but might be a bit difficult to extract the data.

The player lists are correct but the rookie classification is still based on 2014 lists. Biggs, Jong and Redpath are still classed as rookies on there.

The individual club pages on wikipedia are the most accurate at this point.

Just a note on former players getting drafted again...

... Last year Cameron Wood was picked by Carlton after a year off from the AFL. The Pacific Islanders were able to bid for him in a father-son like capacity to take him.

The same thing will again happen this year, and it will happen quickly, so be prepared!

I think the most likely player is Ahmed Saad. The Islanders were forced to delist him at the end of 2013, and they'll have first crack at drafting him back again this year. If Saad is picked, other clubs will have a chance to bid for him.

The Islanders have picks:
9
34
37
Round 6 Pick (if they delist somebody else)
Round 7 pick (if they delist 2 others)
etc...
Rookie 1
Rookie 19
Rookie 37
Rookie 55

So if Seoul said it wanted to take Saad at pick 55, any team with a pick higher than 55 could outbid Seoul, but Pacific would only need to use its Round 6 pick to select him (or rookie pick if they didn't have a round 6 pick). If London bidded pick 35, the Islanders would need to use Pick 37. If Dublin bidded pick 18 in the rookie draft, the Islanders would need to use pick 19 in the rookie to grab him.

.... I hope that makes sense.

Stay tuned, because only a couple of days at most will be available for bidding!

Same applies for any other player like Saad.

Ricochet

Sounds like Nathan Krakouer could be another one

Ringo

Will Nathan Krouker qualify as well if Port pick him up.  Not sure who would have had him on their list,

What if, an ex-Brewer becomes available, and X bids a second round draft pick, and I only have a 6th round draft pick and wanted him back?

Would work same way, first available pick must be used in that case by you ;).
