Yeah I agree it would make the preseason/rookie drafts a bit deeper which would only be a good thing.

Agree with the others, could chuck in those pre-signed rookies into the PSD/Rookie draft. International draft already carries some weight, whereas PSD/Rookie drafts getting overlooked a bit so doesn't hurt to have these guys in there. As think more will be looking at delisted players in the Nat draft, so gives the rookie draft a bit more oomph :P.
