I don't actually have my own team here but I'm opposed to it completely.

It is unfair on the teams that don't receive any changes that would help them. I'm sure many people would have traded differently if they knew these changes were coming. Pretty much like Ele said, any mid-season rule change is abit stupid IMO.

Don't make me smack you back into line Mr. Buenos Aires Assistant :P we're FOR this! lol

A position always available at the destroyers if he wants to join the winning team.
Oh please.

Position   Name   Score   Scored Against   Wins   Losses   Points   Percentage
1   Buenos Aires Armadillos   1086   906   7   0   28   119.87
2   Mexico City Suns   1077   944   6   1   24   114.09
3   Dublin Destroyers   1044   943   5   2   20   110.71

Last time I heard, first was better than third.

Chance for a dynasty will be up for years. Dillos might not be able to field a team next year.

Watch out fellas, I'm actually putting effort into WXVs this year as can be witnessed by the team thread:

With our averages up to date and our player selection skills increased as a result, we going to be even more potent ;)

Hmm maybe I should start putting in some effort then :P

Only started last week because of Suns match up. I never put effort in, just guess at random. But now it's like statistically analysed and shower.

What if i am playing Nails and his d4 averages 70. James Kelly gets given DPP and brings his d4 up to a 95 average. Then nails beats me by 20 points? How the flower does this help me?

THIS, is what I was trying to say earlier. When someone is being advantaged, someone else is always being disadvantaged.

Then Nails is being punished for having great depth and not able to play Kelly because Champion Data screwed up the positions at the start of the season :(

First feeling was against it. Mainly because its AF doing it, not the pacesetters in SC and DT. To me, this is SC linked game and should remain linked through their positions. If all comps were doing it, I guess I have no problem.

Sort of feels like we are using a third party to have a say in our positions, and I don't like it. Not a fan unless the big boys follow suit (SC and DT, christ AF is bad). Feels unprofessional on top of all things.
I don't think it will hurt the comp but more against it because this is SC based, SC aren't doing this.
This

Even though it probably would help me with Higgins likely to get F/D and maybe Thomas to regain forward eligibility. Not keen.

Well, votes are mostly in, with a 5 for and 9 against making the changes. I was leaning against also, so we stay the course for the rest of the year

Nails

Nooooooooo we need J Kelly in defence  :'(
