I get it, but I think that removes a lot of the value from acquiring depth. It's a no from me.
Having it during the season also removes value from depth.
Being able to avoid an OOP in a knock out final and limiting luck at the pointy end of the season, surely is a good thing.

get a fwd off me for next year
I don't come up with rule suggestions to favour our club, but because it's good for the comp.   I know, crazy right?

Sounds familar.

Lets remove it all together.
Remove Flood/Attack during the season all together?  Don't you think it adds a little match day strategy?

It's not really strategy it's just a way to cover for poor depth

I think it is. Its the same as this oop ruck thing.

Get better depth, get better ruckline and its not an issue.

We all drafted and traded based on the rules of oop and for most of the time no flood or attack.

Pretty stupid thing to say

It's very hard to get a better ruck line when there's not much playing rucks in the first place

If you can't field 4 defenders for example then yes your depth is trash and you should be punished because there's hundred of defenders playing every week

Sometimes you get hit hard with injury so flood attack helps out with that, but why not for rucks which are a much more limited specie?

Senior Coach Holz: Given the rise of guns like Roids and MOC we have had to hire a full time coach for Belfast to look after all the depth of Dublin.

We are happy to announce the appointment of Meow as Head Coach of Belfast.

Jroo

Hey coaches, just letting you all know I'm stepping down us head coach of Mexico City.

I know it's probably not the best timing, but I've found it difficult to commit the time to stay on over the past year so think it would be best to get a new coach to take over immediately.

Sorry to those that I started talk trades with but I'm sure it won't be long before Purps gets someone new in the door to continue.

Just wanted to use the opportunity to say thanks to Purps for all he's done running Worlds and thanks to all the other coaches who have all been great, it's been a great journey and I have had a lot of fun over the years!

I hope to see Mexico City up there competing again shortly  8)

Holz

sad to see you go Jroo, you did a wonderfull job with Mexcio steering them to a flag and an even better job with the rebuild with probably the best draft in WXV history last year.

Purple 77

You've been an absolute pleasure Jroo to have in WXVs!

Achieving the ultimate glory in 2015, you've been masterfully guiding the rebuild, ensuring whoever is the next Mexico City coach has a nice inheritance waiting for them.

Forever welcome in Worlds mate!

DazBurg

sad to see you go JROO, but had a great run and a great bloke, cheers

fanTCfool

Sad to see you go mate, gave me my WXV start by taking me on board at the Suns and I'm very thankful for it. All the best for whatever lies ahead!

kilbluff1985

btw i know some coaches question what ive done to new delhi or make fun of it

i said in my application i was going to do a rebuild and the reason being even if i were to win a flag next year i wouldnt get any satisfaction out of it or any credit for it and new dehli was similar to my other 3 teams on the older side so i wanted to do something different and build a young team or a not old team anyway

JBs-Hawks

It's just banter kb, you also promised us that  8)

Tokyo forward line has just got a whole lot stronger with Whitfield getting F/M status.
Seoul take a huge hit losing Dangerfield to the Mids only.
