Any team without that is more likely to go CC just to try and reduce variance

Its more so to do with how big the difference is between your best and second best player :P Can imagine Berlin might have a pretty dangerous CC duo with Fyfe/Gawn next year?

And as Holz says, also who your playing and if you want the safer option or the higher/lower roof.
