Sorry for the format.....

So.... ignoring poaching for the moment, how's this for a regular salary cap?

How to value each player:

Average of the 17 H&A games from the last 3 years (51 games max), multiplied by 3000 (just a magic number to look good)
Multiplied by a 'Premium factor', i.e. 1 + percentage of times that player has scored over 100
Multiplied by a 'Durability factor', i.e. 1 + games played/48 games (games played in home and away season, I'm missing the last 3 rounds so this will be adjusted)

Players with less than 10 games are discounted. Minimum price is $200,000

Total value of each team (which I'm pretty happy with):

And to think 2 years ago when we inherited this team youd struggle just to field 15!

I'd hardly call 11 of my 2nd year players getting AFL experience useless.
