Not entirely sure of the details but it happened at collingwood with Peter Yagmoor too. The clubs announced that they would be moved to the rookie list, then used picks in the rookie draft to select them. Not sure if they were ever actually delisted though, so don't know if others could select them... ???

Steinberg was delisted form the main list then redrafted i the rookie list

Yeah Daz is correct he got delisted with the intention of drafting him as a rookie

I'm pretty sure it's done like the AFL? Using a late ND pick.

Yep. You use your picks in the ND to promote them.

do we have those since it isn't listed in the trade thread?
or do you get them by delisting extras?
