Unfortunately its more based on where players get their possessions :P otherwise old mate GAJ would've been fwd/mid in previous seasons!

Ok, first of all thank you for everyone letting me know their opinions and for mostly being fairly calm and collected about it. This is gotta be one of the more divisive issues we've had in our 3 years.

In the end though, I've tried going through the process, and have skirted/personfooted the issue. In reality I think it is clear what has happened:

- tbagrocks is coach who doesn't understand/care/respect the game fully.
- Jayman has been more absent than he should have been in the management of the team.

I've looked back through the results, and I can't say definitively whether any results would have changed with a more focused approach. Let's note that the Islanders have been absolutely RAVAGED by injury. But given how close the percentage was, I can't definitively rule it out. And in honestly, if a team who is legitimately trying to avoid the Spoon, they wouldn't forget to name a key player.

Although I don't believe their was a a lot of bias in the vote, it is a fair enough point. These are the kind of decisions that I should be able to make, given everybody has well and truly had their say now.

It is also clear that a rift exists between tbagrocks and Jayman.

So, and I'm serious, this is going to be the FINAL FINAL decision.

- tbagrocks is sacked.
- tbagrocks can still around as an assistant if he likes, but can't name the team.
- Jayman is now sole coach

Because of the percentage issue, and the fact I can't be sure if Pacific would have won any more games, the new order of the picks will be:

1. Beijing
2. Pacific
3. Pacific
4. Beijing
