That kick:handball ratio is less important now. Players like Priddis might score an extra 15 points per game based on his handball numbers last year.

Just a question about last years leagues. Usually you can just re-enter your leagues each year but there does not seem to be that this year? Do you need to recreate your entire league again getting in touch with everyone. Seems a pain.

After trying to get to grips with this new layout and have come to the conclusion it's dead set terrible.

everything is so dark is annoying. the buttons (especially the trash can) are terrible. You can't even set Emergencies yet!

Assistant Coach is dodgy as well, you can't even get a free trial now without having to add CC details. you have to go in and cancel it if you don't want as they'll automatically slug you the $20 (who is going to remember to cancel it in time?)

League set up is just an absolute joke as well. Needing Assistant to coach to edit certain league settings is very poor form AFL Fantasy and proves that they're just in this for the money now.

I've made my team, so I guess I'm in it now, but I will be taking Real Dream Team, Super Coach and others far more seriously

whats the go with having to pay to view previous scores, venue scores and upcoming opponents. its never been like that and bullshower if you ask me,  im guessing we wont even be able to look at players graphs for breakevens etc. aswell?

I think they will loose a lot of the diehards back to RealDT and wont play AF at all. We will see soon. Big money grab now and that's not on AF. >:(

Has anyone noticed that player pricing is not a 3 game rolling average anymore but takes into account all gmaes player?

Team & Player Value:

Players Prices change from Round to Round depending on how they have been performing over the previous weeks.

Players Prices will vary week to week based on their most recent performance from Round to Round.

The Players Prices will change based on a formula that takes into account their past performances. All games played by the Player since the start of the season are taken into account in the calculation of their Price changes, with a sliding scale of weightings with the most recent game receiving the highest weighting.

The value of your Team is calculated based on the overall value of your selected Players, plus any unused money in your Salary Cap. The value of Team effectively becomes your weekly Salary Cap and may increase or decrease depending on the Price changes of your Players.


Will be interesting to see how the prices fluctuate especially if say Selwood gets subbed out with concussion in 1st quarter with a score of 2.  The weighting issue for the last score is not transparent so will be interesting
