I think you could probably downgrade on of your expensive rookies in the backs and mids and put money towards another premium, for either the forward or back line

Think you are one prem forward shy in the forwards. Would not like to rely on Bock at F4. You have quite a few expensive rookies so just watch the preseason and see if they can be comfortably downgraded to a cheaper one.

Def: I think you should have only one starting Rookie here.Suckling should be D5.
Mids: Would downgrade Grigg to a Rookie remaing mids look ok.
Rucks: Maybe downgrade Nic Nte to Lobbe
Fwds: gt rid of Rohan and get Kersten or Lennon in .
Use some of that $85000 to upgrade areas where you are weak in and then justwork from there unti you have a settled team this team is not bad. Mitch Grigg played really well when he came into the side so he could be a PODoverall i give it a 7.5/10

Here is my current thoughts

DEF:
Cant go past McV and Mitchell
Suckling is a must at his price.
I am thinking of dropping either McDonald or Kolo to maybe Langdon (+50-60K)
MID:
Ablett, Pende and lRockliff will stay in top ten mids.
Beams, Grigg and Thomas are value for money and I would be very surprised if all of them won't improve by at least 10 point each.
Martin is very expensive for a rookie, but, like many others, I believe he will be at least as good as O'Meara
C. Beams is the only doubt I have in the mids, maybe trade him down to Dunstan (+50k)
RUCKS:
Sandilands is a worry, but if he can stay on the park until the bye, he will have done his job.

FWD:
This is the weakest area
Bock and Rohan dont seem to be good enough, but the alternatives (Hiiggins, Clark, Fasolo, Lennon) are not much better

One other alternative is to trade one of GAj and Pendle to Duncan. This will give me enough money to get Swallow for Kolo and Wingard for Rohan

Sit tight for NAB, you might have to downgrade higgins so you can uprade your $117 rooks to ones that will be playing early rds but the NAB will decide all that.

8.5/10 very sim to my team

Team looks good all over, apart from your mids where I think you look a bit thin. Three of Beams/Grigg/Thomas seems one too much to me, I think you need at least a Murphy or someone at that price over Grigg, although you seem to like him.
Maybe one of Mcveigh/Mitchell to Thompson/Shaw etc and I also think you have a little too much excess in terms of money on your bench with Laidler and Dunstan.. You could easily save yourself $100k there if you downgraded Beams to Lewis Taylor to open up a MID/FWD swap and then Laidler to a rookie. This should allow you the cash to upgrade fairly easy enough.

It is your team though and as I said it looks pretty decent. Just a few picks I'd be wary of though. Best of luck.

See this is why i dont usually rate teams but just compete against them. ;)
But that is good advice by wato. Just need to strengthen the mids and i would upgrade Grigg aswell. I have simpson in def instead of Mcveigh and Lobbe instead of Nic Nat that gave me some extra cash.

DEF - you've gone the 5 "Premo" route. D1-3 are very strong. Swallow should improve, can he go that extra 10-15 points??

MID - GAJ/Pendles. VERY NICE. Beam & Daisy to be in most teams, should improve.
LOVE the Grigg pick, i too also have him in my side. I think he can make you some decent coin, 150K maybe??
Not a fan of the CBeams & Ellis pick, but thats just me, Read that O'Rourke is planned to be in a tagging role.

RUC - NicNat, Gun. Underpriced. Sandi, Bargain.

FWD - Pav back to his best, i know he's getting on, but he's still a superstar. 95+.
Buddy back to his best without contract distractions and the Swans midfield feeding him.
Higgins is a risky pick, but he can pay off BIG TIME. he can push out 80-90 and you'll have some quick money $$$

OVERALL - Nice team, some nice PODs. 8/10

I do not think Beams, Grigg and Thomas together are a problem:
Beams will be top ten in my opinion,
Grigg is a gun, if you take away his first game (vest affected I think), last year he averaged 95.
Daisy is a risk, but hopefully will be back to his best.
At 254k Higgins comes out of my never again list and gets another go.
I know I have some expensive rookies, but none of them are set. The NAB cup will decide.

Good solid team presto just would look at rucks Sandi is cheap and is worth the risk but don't know if Nic Nat is going that well at the moment keep a close eye on him as he is yet to join in full training and is only doing light drills , it's a long while since he last played which seems to suggest he is not over his groin problems yet.
