Corey Enright. Simpson will more than likely be the more popular selection, but Enright is simply super consistent and shows no signs of slowing down. Yes Simpson can have some brilliant days but I rate Enright has a far safer bet for the defence.

Only concern with Duff GL is his role is now deeper than in the past which limits his free running rebounding. And he gets more lockdown roles now than in the past. I'm staying away from him this year.

From these two above I'm going with Simpson. Should bounce back from last year and Carlton will be a lot more settled this year.

That's my worry though, I want 100+ from my premium defenders. Think enright is more likely to go 90-95 and Simmons 95-100

I think he'll be one of the top backmen, at the end of the year.

mate how many DEF's do you think will go 100+ ??
lets be realistic here.

last year only BJ was the only one who avg'd over 100 with 106.09.
there were only 6 players who went 95-100.

i really do think both will avg 95+, and that's great for any DEF player.
