Gues it's time to start all this nonsense up again, posting teams that turn out would be amazing in hindsight. Of course I'll destroy them based on last minute freak outs and NAB cup form, but don't we all.

Def Mitchell Hibberd Hanley Swallow Suckling McDonald (DBJ, Fuller)
Mid Pendles Watson Prestia D.Beams Thomas J.Martin C.Beams (Dunstan O'Rourke)
Ruck Sandi Lobbe (Currie Thurlow)
Forward Danger Wingard Walters Zorko Fasolo Rohan (Kersten Garlett)

Great looking side mate.

All premium choices are good and I like the unique pick of Hibberd. If Swallow can increase his average by 15 pts this year then he can become a keeper, he has breakout written all over him. Suckling is a must have if he lines up round 1.

I like the structure of your midfield with 4 premiums and D Thomas who is a must have at his low price. Leave Ablett out at your peril though.

Rucks are good. I have the same setup.

Like your forward line too. Danger is a lock. Wingard could easily build on his average after his breakout season last year. Walters is a nice unique pick, hopefully he can also improve his average. Zorko is an interesting one, we saw how well he can score in his first year so hopefully Leppa plays him in the right positions so he can score well again. Fasolo is a good value pick. I don't like the Rohan pick though as I just don't think he will score enough SC points to warrant selection. I would downgrade him to a bottom priced rookie and then you will have the cash to bring in GAJ.

I like this team because it has 4 uniques in it  which can make a difference in supercoach anywayway this is how i rate your team
Def: Very good depth with only 1 rookie on the field there are not many standouts this year.Hibberd should score well again
Mids: Prestia possessions will increase this year so his scores will go up as Ablett will play up forward more than he did last year. Thomas is a must after the Write up in todays Herald sun.
Fwds: You have some nice unique picks here in Wingard,Walters and Zorko who should score well.

This team will be competitive and will score differently to others whether it is a top 500 team early on is another thing anyway i give it an 8/10

Definitely a few uniques in this team, not too sure about all of them.

DEF: This line looks solid. I'm not a huge fan of Hibberd, but he did have a very consistent year last year.

MID: Only 2 ultra premiums worries me. Prestia is not quite at that level yet and I would suggest upgrading him.

RUC: I like the choice of Lobbe, not many people have him, but I think he could explode this year. I'm not a big fan of Sandilands despite the small price tag, I think that age and injury have caught up with him.

FWD: Walters and Zorko are real risks to me. While they both had decent seasons last year, I can't see them improving much and small forwards are not traditionally high scorers. Fasolo is a nice pick.

Overall I give this team a 7/10. There is a lot of uniques in there and while I do like some of them, quite a few look like big risks to me.

DEF - theyre fine. strong choices.
MID - Prestia is a very very nice POD, can he go that extra 15-20 points?? i think so. Not sold on CBeams, better choices elsewhere.
RUC - Lobbe nice pick, see him more often now. His 2nd half season form was great. Sandi bargain.
FWD - love the Walters pick, was looking at him the other day. Zorko is interesting also, risky but i do think he can get back to his best.

Cheers for the responses guys. Walters will explode this year I reckon. He was doing extra work last year to build his engine so he could rotate through the midfield which I think will happen. Hibberd is a hard worker and super consistent, someone who's fallen out of favour for discipline reasons but worked hard to regain their spot will always be a good pick IMO. Taking a punt on Prestia, I reckon he's a decent shot to lift his average big time.  Sandi is my only worry, will have to monitor in the pre season.
