Defenders: Hanley and Simpson are great pods this year due to Mitchell, McVeigh and Bartel becoming backs. Swallow and Suckling are great value and should score very well

Mids: Pendles, Rockliff always get the job done. Beams and Watson are locks should be in everyone's team. I'm not sold on Thomas he should score well but if you're picking him you must think his body can hold up. Martin, Polec and Beams should get round 1 starts but for all the rookie's you will need to wait until team selection's.

Ruckman: Nic Nat and Sandilands you are taking a chance with both of them with limited trades. most rucks should just be set and forget.

Forwards: They are very solid not much I can say

Overall: Solid premium's other than that you need to wait to see how Sandi and co come up from pre Season
