Haven't seen any Her discussion yet in this thread...

the undisputed best movie of 2013 by far for me. And I really like Dallas Buyers Club and the Wolf of Wall Street too.

agreed, HER is one of the better movies out there, but i think it connects better with people who've felt love and loss... just my opinion.

Anchorman 2 is getting a remake.
hope its better than it previously was....

Watched Lone Survivor a few months ago and its worth the watch.

Wolf of Wall Street is the best movie I've seen in years - nothing made over the past several years even comes close to it, IMO of course

The Mrs watched HER twice in 2 days, she loved it. I haven't watched it, not a huge movie watcher to begin with

It's very overrated. A solid movie but won't remember it fondly in half a decade's time. Not one of Scorcese's better pictures. Was just boring flowering and drugs for what seemed like 20 hours. The 75 on metacritic is about right, not the 8.5 on imdb.
