Yeah dude, makes it easier to rank films. Like I could just go whole numbers but then I'd end up with thousands of 8/9's and no discernible way to see which I liked more :P

So what's your 10/10 movie.

Or is it that whole you have to save your 10/10 and your 0/10 just in case.

Nah I have quite a heap actually. Like maybe one every 1/2 years.

Boyhood (absolutely
Trainspotting
No Country for Old Men
Pulp Fiction
Taxi Driver
Raging Bull
Toy Story 3
LOTR (culmination I suppose but if I had to choose probably Return of the King)
Her
Apocalypse Now
Social Network
Empire Strikes Back

just off the top of my head. I probably should've given Annie Hall a 10 too. Not going to pretend that I've seen every film tho, I'm sure there are heaps of 10's out there that I haven't watched yet too. Also not pretending I have some objective rating system with an intricate rubric to rate films, just like gut feels and whatever :P

kilbluff1985

the wolf of wall street one of my most recent 10/10 movies

Jukes

#605
Solid list, one of those would make mine and Her extremely close, the rest all great though (except for the two I haven't seen)

My 10/10 perfect films would be:
Mr Nobody (will never stop loving this movie despite me being the only one)
Evil Dead 2
Dark Knight Rises (mostly because of Bane being the all-time best movie villain)
Back to the Future (Biff and Marty ftw)
Shutter Island
Pulp Fiction
American Psycho

Special mentions go to Fight Club, Animal House, Her, the Shining, Into the Wild, Fargo, Rudy, Mad Max 1+2, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Goodfellas, Rocky Horror, the Blues Brothers, Aliens, the Castle and the Dark Knight! All at least a 9.5/10 but wouldn't call them perfect.

Vinny

These are just some of my favourites of all time.

- Remember The Titans
- The Truman Show
- Wolf of Wall Street
- The Dark Knight
- Shawshank Redemption
- Flight
- The Departed
- Rush
- Prisoners
- Django Unchained

More will come to me later, that's all I can think of now.

+1, He just makes absolute rubbish, although Zohan gave me a few laughs

The Wolf of Wall Street is the only 10/10 movie I've seen in the last few years. I haven't bought a DVD for many years, but I have about 130 movies on DVD that I bought during the early 2000's, all excellent movies but too many to list
