So can someone point me in the right direction please

Noz

For a true weather reading look up at the sky.

If its cloudy and grey, stay away
If its sunny and bright, have a run about

Being a concreter all my life, I don't trust any weather forecast a 100%. 70 maybe 80% is the max. Poured on days they predicted a shower or two. I suppose they sort of got it right, there was one shower, but it lasted all flowering day. Seriously, how can they not see that on their radar. Not a big fan of them. but gotta trust somebody unfortunately
