When can everyone enter? And start making their teams? I'm getting annoyed haha

From Memory, but I could be wrong, is that it usually opens around Feb 1. Anyone else know the usual dates?

ill be making the first of my many varying teams before round 1 or 2...
the plan i normally write preseason is barely the same by round 1 for some reason lol
