Can't possibly say that when Martin hasn't played an AFL game yet. Jaeger had one of the better first seasons I've seen from any player so it's gonna take a lot to top that

Before both had played a game I had Martin over jom . Not sure anyone can replicate jom's first year but if anyone can it will be Martin. Martin may end up the better player.

As kids not AFL footballers though. Martin is a rake, JOM has an AFL footballers body. Martin May end up better but Jaeger will have had the better first season IMO

For information Martins NEAFL Stats are better than JOM's so the hype surrounding him is probably warranted. In saying that probably will not be in my team due to the fact Martin's price is $222k whereas last year O'Meara started at $115, Can you afford to drop that much cash by taking him at the premium price is the question we have to decide.

I just want him to make me 200k+ by his bye round, but if he scores like JOM this year then could keep him as bench cover

Most decent midfield rookies are good for 60-65 fairly consistently. To justify the extra 100k Jack would have to lift to about 80+ imo

All my rookie selections are pretty much based on nab cup performances so I'll wait and see.
If I feel there's someone that can go close to as good as Martin for 100k cheaper I'll go with them but if Martin carves it up I'll obviously jump on. I would want close to 90 out of him though to make it justifiable paying that much money

Daisy is more than 100k dearer what would want from him points wise to make a decent amount of cash?
He won't be a keeper, but should be safer than a rookie. But won't make as many $$ as a rookie.

With Waters getting another setback, I may end up swapping Martin for a cheaper rookie so that I can have another premium defender. 200k+ is a lot for a rookie, not 100% convinced that he is worth it yet.

Expensive but trying to work out how to get him in, aint easy as id like Hogan also.
