How many of you are not starting with this bloke?

I just watched a highlights video of this bloke and I feel sick in my stomach that I do not have this bloke in my team! Looks an absolute freak of nature

Yeah I'm not, simply too much for a rookie that hasn't played before.

I'm not doubting his abilities but can he really go against it with his tiny frame against bigger and more mature bodies of the AFL? The only place I could see him play is on a wing, and no doubt if he starts to get on top he will surely be tagged out of it early enough..
His highlight packages are amazing, but I doubt he will do what O'Meara did this year. Yes, he did average more than O'Meara did in the same league last year but look at Martin? He's a twig, and one can only grimace every time he goes for a hard ball.

I don't have him. I just think its a lot of coin, yes he is a freak, but its very tough to come in and translate that to an established side. Very rare, his teammate O'meara was one, but 220K for a guy in his first game with a slight frame, not at this point for me.

To be honest, I would much rather pay for Dom Tyson at the same price or even $30k less for Claye Beams or save even more cash for Viv Michie, Xavier Ellis etc than him.

All have had previous AFL experience and know what it's like to cut it at the top level.

But yeah. Definitely worth more consideration in SC... but he won't be in my team unless he tears up NAB.

i have no doubt martin will be in my starting side! I have seen him play in the flesh and had him locked in and then have somehow worked him out of my team but all ya have to look at is this blokes highlight package and surely u have to pick him

Can't possibly say that when Martin hasn't played an AFL game yet. Jaeger had one of the better first seasons I've seen from any player so it's gonna take a lot to top that

He'll average the same or similar as JOM this year, and for that price I'd take a 90 average. He's in my team at the moment.
