Sorry mate , I missed your post.
No criteria to join but we give most coaches from 2014 the right of return in their Div.
We have promoted a few and demoted some due to their 2014 rank.
So new coaches start in the 3's but can and will be promoted by 2014 rank if the captain of the Div decides or coaches don't reply and return.
