Someone slightly different to other teams i have seen anyway ...

B: McViegh, Mitchell, Hodge, Waters, Suckling, Fuller (Cutler, Kolodjashnij, J)
M: Ablett, Pendles, Danger, Murphy, Beams, C.Beams, O'Rourke, Morabito (M.Crouch, M.Honeychurch)
R: Sandi, Longer (Currie, Smith)
F: D.Martin, Parker, T.Mitchell, Chapman, Zorko, Rohan (Markworth, Gartlett)

The following decision points:

- Have not gone with a midpriced player for F5 like most teams
- I think Longer will be number 1 ruck at the saints (they chased him hard for a reason - can't see Stanley taking that spot)
- Murphy and Beams seems no brainers at that price
- Zorko now in his 3rd season - will not get tagged with Redden, Rocky, Rich ahead of him (avg 100 then 80 in first two years)
- Waters may not stay - nice price however for a guy who could be a top 6 defender
- T.Mitchell a risk as he broke out last season but may role the dice with him anyway

Appreciate feedback guys ...

Interesting strategy MP.

Just concerned with Mitchell and Parker both in forward line.  Think with Tippett and Franklin also competing for points there may be reduction in output from both. Plenty of alternatives available though.  Personally think Danger and Martin are the 2 must haves in forward line this year.

Rucks: Not really sold on Longer only played 5 Senior games and going into 2nd year so could be a risk lasting full season.  Also Hickey may share ruck duties with Longer.

Other lines sound and not commenting on rookies as they will change based on who is playing in round 1.

Thanks for the feedback Ringo.

Trying to get pure mids in my forward line hence the risk with both Parker and Mitchell.  Not sure buddy/tippet will hurt their output.

Agree Longer (and obviously Waters) are risks.  Will watch the NAB closely in terms of who i go as my 2nd ruck :)

You might want to look at 5 round 10 bye players on the field in forwards

Also forgot to say that your rucks are very risky as Ringo said about Longer may play second fiddle cheers .

SC bye structure is 8 /9 / 13 at present.  But given so much to learn from the preseason i am not to worried as yet.

I understand the risk with Longer - will watch his preseason closely to see who the number 1 ruck at the saints will be.

Cheers for the feedback mate.

Your Team Has too many risks it is strong in some area and weak in others. Too many players on the bye in round 10 i believe 10 is the Maximum you should have.
Def: Solid defence can't really fault these
Mids: Sound although i am not keen on injury prone players such as Morabito. I think Dangerfield should be up forward
Rucks: I don't like Longer dont think he will score high enough you could be losing 40 pts a game if you go with him.
Fwds: You have 3 Swans players here which is 2 too many maybe parker is the only one worth keeping.Maybe Walker instead of Mitchell.

Overall a team that has a few minor weaknesses i give as mentioned i give it a 7/10

Cheers mate.

Morabito is a steel if picked round 1 - but will watch closely along with other rookies in the preseason.

Danger will move into my forwards as a DPP trade but can't settle on which other premium mid to start.  And essentially if i put him into my forward in place of say Zorko - then my team just looks like every other team as i would need to start Walker or one of those mid priced forwards - hence a slight POD and gives me a DPP link which doesn't hurt.

A lot of people are worried about the bye but no point really until the NAB - rookies will clearly change still.  And a few premiums will go down and others will stand out.

Really want to do three things still:

- Get Daisy as my M6
- Replace Waters with someone safer for a similar price
- Work out my R2 - may end up being Grundy but want to see who is Geelongs and the Saints number 1 ruck based on NAB

Thanks for the feedback mate.  Greatly appreciated.

I have personally always viewed Morabito an iron  if picked round 1, interesting to see our differing views

Typo sorry. "steal"

1. Thought I saw that T Mitchell was having an interrupted pre-season.

2. Think your bye structure is sound.

mpollock

Hadn't hear anything about Mitchell having an interrupted preseason.  Guess will have to see the NAB :)

Cheers.

Much Better across each line now you have made the right changes particularly the Chapman one. He dosen't play a full season and scores will suffer even more this year. Good bye set up its important to have your rookies with a round 9 or ten bye to get the most out of them.
