#2 Anthony Morabito - Fremantle Dockers

Requested by Samsturmfels

Name: Anthony Morabito
Age: 22 years, 1 month
Team: Fremantle
Position: Midfield
Bye: Round 10

Fanplanner Price: $123,900

Predicted average: 65-70ppg (unsubbed)

Verdict:  Was close to playing at the end of last year but they decided to play it safe and give him the best shot at 2014. He's said to be one of the fittest at Fremantle currently but is set to start the season in the WAFL unless we see something special in the NAB Challenge or there is a few injuries. Should get a run this year so watch out for him when he's on the bubble.

Very cheap, but there's a few others I like ahead of him. Nonetheless, worth watching in the NAB.

The kid is an absolute gun but so unlucky. Freo have developed to much while he's been away so can't see him getting regular games in his comeback season

must admit ... never liked the bloke lol ... really wish he was not fantasy relevant

What don't you like about him? Surely you must at least respect him to go through 3 ACL injuries, not play for 3 years, but continue to work hard to try and get back on the field. A lot of players would have just given up by now!

sorry should of said as a footballer ... absolutely mentally he must be a tough tough man and good luck to him ... i have never quite seen why people think of him as such a gun though :/

Pretty clear why he is rated so highly. Number 4 draft pick, a tall, big bodied, modern day midfielder. Just have to take a look at his final against the Hawks.

He's only played one year give him a break lol

My Chumps

Poor bloke can't catch a break. Hopefully he gets his body right this year and he could be a solid downgrade option.

More importantly however, has he fixed his damn teeth yet? :P

Absolutely correct.  When he last played Freo had an ordinary midfield and an ordinary coach

Hope he can get a game because of his price and he deserves a change of luck

The guy has guts and I would love to see him succeed. Not on my radar now but will watch for him on the bubble.    ;)
