the interesting thing is where do people place Simpson i actually have none of these guys in my team but i do have simpson.

I don't seem to rate Simpson as much as a lot of you blokes.

Think he'll be good for top 5-6.

ubeaut

Hard to rate these players due to what role they will play. If Walker plays the same role he could avg as good as the others. If McVeigh isn't HBF then I expect him to drop. Bartel could do anything had him all last year and was great but will he play HBF? Mitchell is the 1 who shouldn't vary too much.

I'd put Simpson below these with guys like Hanley,Hibberd. But they're not much below. So I'm thinking rather than try and guess who will play what role maybe save money for a few less points and spend it somewhere with more bang for buck.

without putting too much thought into it my oder would go sometjing like this

Based on all my predictions, im starting the 4 I have as top 4, but might drop one of hanley or simpson to suckling to make cash. Lookingrat predictions though I have 7 players between 95-100 average, which makes it almost impossible to pick. And dont think many will have hanley that high but think he can dominate next year.

1. Mitchell (107)
2. McVeigh (105)
3. Hanley (102)
4. Simpson (100)
5. Bartel (99)
6. Shaw (99)
7. Hodge (97)
8. Walker (97)
9. Hibberd (96)
10. Mckenzie (95)
11. Thompson (92)
12. Birchall (92)
13. Ibbotson (90)

Id pretty much agree with this.
Think walker is being severely underestimated tho
Mite end up being pretty unique

Don't see Simpson Averaging more then Walker

i have mcveigh first

i would be surprised if hanley averaged 102 think he be less

simpson will definitely not average 100

i actually cant see simpson averaging more than thompson .. i would have thompson top 6 in that list actually .... simpson can not average more than walker surely?

Yeah Scotty Thompson will average much more than 92 lol. He will end up a top 6 defender just like this year.

Also think you're over estimating Simpson and Hanley, would still only put them in the 95-100 range, putting them in the middle of the pack.

Top 6 for me in no order

Mcveigh, Mitchell, Thompson, Shaw, Bartel, Hodge

Dayze

Mitchell
Mcveigh
Hanley
Walker
Bartel
Simpson
Fair chance all 6 could finish over 100 I reckon

I agree with this. If I could pick 6 defenders straight up they would be it. Although Heath Shaw could be there as well.

There is talks of Walker going forward. Might affect him.

Sabretooth Tigers

 ??? ??? ???
If he goes forward Vinney do you see him getting a run through the middle ??        ::)

Honey Badger

Don't understand why they would move Walker back forward. He was an elite player last year playing as a rebounding defender, but in years previously he had been an average (maybe just above) forward. Why move him back up there when he has done so well down back?

Could have Waite, Henderson and the resting ruck as the 3 talls, then can have Garlett, Yarran, Robinson, Menzel, even Daisy running round as the smaller forwards.

Just my opinion though obviously. Just don't get why you would take a guy out of a position where he had a career best year and should have easily been named in the AA squad.
