I'm going to start off by saying that your midfield rookies are the ones who will generate the most cash for you. Ideally you want to be starting with about 5 mid rookies, possibly 4, but no less. Without them, you will be unable to generate the cash required to perform upgrades throughout the season.

Defence looks alright, if not all of those rookies are named round 1, would bring in an extra premium such as Simpson or Birchall.

Rucks are too weak/risky. HMac didn't play this year, and Sandi is returning from risky. Granted it could pay off, but I just don't like the idea of taking a massive risk on an entire line. Would try to upgrade HMac to Goldy or Minson (or another premo ruck).

Midfield is way too strong. I assume Kennedy is JPK from Sydney. While I love Priddis, he shouldn't be in your team at the end of the year, and with the value in the midfield this year, you shouldn't be starting him. Cotchin I had locked in early on, but not so sure now. Could work out. Rest of your premiums are good choices. Would suggest downgrading JPK and Priddis to rookies, such as Jack Martin and Claye Beams. Then use this cash to upgrade rucks and to bring in another premium in defence.

Forwards look alright, Chappy is a risk but he is a proven scorer and if he can stay on the park will be a great pick. I don't think it will happen, but I think he will still play a fair amount of games. If you still had cash left after the other upgrades I mentioned though, would switch him for someone like Roughy or Dusty.

You have an unbalanced team with too much spent on your Mids not enough rookies is what you need to make you money so look at downgrading one or two of the premium mids.
I rate your Team as Follows
Backs: Looks alright although i think Mcdonald should be in there
Mids: Downgrade Priddis and Kennedy to rooks e.g Martin & Aish.
Rucks Upgrade Mcintosh to a Premium e.g Minson
Fwds: Look ok apart from Chappy who you may want to upgrade to Martin

Overall Once the few alterations are made you will a strong side but at the moment it is unbalanced i give it a 6.5/10
