BACKS I think there are a few too many risks here mate. First I reckon your missing one premo here as your relying on 2 rookies to be fielded each week. The rookie pool in defence this year is very thin.
MIDS Very strong with 5 premos and 1 semi-premo. I think you need to drop Shuey down to someone like Tyson, Sheed, Ellis for cash to fix other areas.
RUCKS Very solid and strong but very expensive. Guys like NicNat, Sandi, Longer represent great value this year so I would look at them.
FWDS I don't mind the start of your fwd line but it weakens pretty quickly. Have a look at underpriced players like MClark, Higgins, Karnezis, etc.

Backs you are a premium short and as there are not many good rookie defenders this you need to upgrade to a second premium. You will need to downgrade a player in the mids who is Shuey.
Mid Too strong here need to have 3 starting rookies
Rucks. Very solid
Fwds. Weak here as well 2 many midpricers.
Overall This is a team that is miss 2 potential premiums. 7/10:

Agree with the points brought up so far.. what i would do to change things..

downgrade murphy, beams or shuey (id go with shuey) to a rookie, make approx 350-400k

then with the cash -

1. Upgrade one of henderson/swallow to a proven premium, mcviegh, mitchell, simpson, hanley, or even shaw if you want to stay unique, still leaves you with one of thoswe guys as a good unique. Cost 100-150k

2. Upgrade parker/caddy to a more proven premium, martin probably, or if you want to stay more unique, cloke/roughead. Cost 100-150k.

May even be cash left over to go Lobbe > Goldy/minson.
