Selwood v Ablett? and also Pendles and Beams and Cotchin the same bye. I think Ablett can be grabbed later this year with less risk.

Looks good to me other than Tex (Missing start of year), Buntine and Watson.

Could easy swap Tex to Mitch Clark, Buntine to Fuller and Watson to a prem?

Yes well all good points from your good self as always.

Missy has to come good one day....  but he could be any on billings, patton, boyd, karpark, etc etc pre season will make clearer.

Sandi worries me as he should but cheep cheep like a chicken and if he does play he does score and with longer as ready starter back up and also a cash cow the injured sandi could be traded at a time that suits not as a have to trade, and if we get 8 games in a row out of him we should get 200k ?  Goldy would be my preferred starter, and a fit nicnat i think is under priced and the best ruck for SC still.

also tempted by under priced jacobs and new club big boy, like missy it doesn't matter how cheep hmac is no temptation there...

tex and buddy if fit have to score well and make money or be kept?

haven't thought about byes, but cotchin is the ring in at the moment, plan to HOPE to see a rook or two come through and be like vlastuin/terlich and i can dump a mid pricer for the rook who will play and play well and enter your man Jellywood in place of cotchin.

Ablett is a quandry as he do be every season, but if i start my team with him, at least i can afford any change, but this season with martin coming in and matera returning i think i might agree with you that is a high price to pay for an Ablett who may not spend so much time in the middle...

Thanks JB haven't been reading much - tex misses the start of the season? well that just won't do.

Buntine and Watson I would hope to find the 2014 vlastuin and terlich to replace them and spend the money elsewhere but not sure who might be the one to replicate those guys seasons. maybe Zak Jones....

I will swap tex out for a cheaper mid pricer in that case for now and upgrade watson, tho the lad is the future of the Blues defence you know :) as is Buntine the future of the GWS defence, question is , is the future now?   ;)

Tex not starting the season adjustment, still to sort out the mid priced fwds and defenders based on adding in rookies who look likely to start the season and play.

I don't mind the team and I reckon Watson in the defence may big a good pick but Docherty may be a better pick for about the same price and I think you downground Buntine in the defence to a rookie like Mcdona;d :).

Midfield looks strong but you first for players have the same bye so I would say upgrade beams and downgrade Ablett to players like Watson and Fyfe or something like that but your rookies look good :)

Pretty standard ruck form but unless you have extra cash laying around I don't think Longer is a good bench option and I think you could downgrade :)

Forward line needs another premo in my option or someone that is capable of big scores so with the money you have made from your other positions I reckon upgrade Higgins to someone :)

almost certain to lose higgins (or one or two of those mid priced fwds) and also one or both of watson or buntine.

just need to know who the rooks are closer to the first bounce that are playing and staying in starting sides, hard to tell at this stage.

considering murphy (and i am a hater) fyfe a little up and down but considered him also for the midfield. agree i probably have to do something about that bye, but beams is not going anywhere at that price.

longer might go to a rook, but if he does i might upgrade sandi to goldy.

Caddy interests me fwd but tricky price.

probably start without Ablett given the bye but thats a big call.

Backs: 2 Unique Players here in Watson & Buntine at least you know they will get regular games but you may want to upgrade one of those  rest of the defence is great
Mids: You don't won't to have too many premiums out the same bye week so i would look at other options get rid of 2 of the 4
Defence has the three rookies on the field like most teams
Rucks: No Problema although i would downgrade Longer to a cheap ruck like Currie or Lobb or even Thurlow who has DPP.
Fwds: This is where you are weak and you need 1 more premium. I would replace Higgins with a premium e.g Pavlich i think Bock too expensive to have sitting on your bench. Bringing in Lewis Taylor would save you more money otherwise Mcdonough to Taylor.

Overall  T eam only needs some changes due to too many premos having the same bye. Some nice uniques maybe the Wrong Carlton one in Defence  7.5/10
