The scores of a SuperCoach champion forward. Please note, he's played more than 170 games, the 170 games is the amount of games Nroo has played since SC started in 2005 and only include H&A games.

Verdict: Nick Riewoldt has been a champion SuperCoach forward since SuperCoach started back in 2005. He has only averaged under 100 twice (87 and 95), while averaging over 110 four times (117, 114, 114, 113) which has left him an average of 106 since 2005.

Many people thought that Riewoldt's scores were on the decline in 2013, but he proved them wrong averaging 105, his highest average since 2010. There's no doubt Riewoldt is a champion of the AFL and SuperCoach but how much more longer does he have of being a SuperCoach premium? He is now 31 years old and he definitely isn't cheap. There has been some rumours that Riewoldt could push into the midfield next year, to allow Lee and Spencer to play, who are St.Kilda's future.

I can see lots of SuperCoachers staying away from Riewoldt due to his age, making him the perfect POD. He doesn't look like slowing down, but in a St.Kilda side which don't look like winning many games next year, I think Riewoldt's average may drop off slightly from last year as he won't get as much help from his inexperienced teammates. Nonetheless, Riewoldt should be on your watch list, as many forwards have lost DPP, but because he is so expensive I think other forwards such as Pavlich and Buddy present better value as they should score similarly to Riewoldt.

2014 Predicited Average: 97-102

Good right up.No way I will be starting with him at his high price, but could be an upgrade option. Could see him going either way, slowing down and dropping to a 80-90 average. Or, like you said, Lee and Spencer could play full time forward, allowing Roo to play up on the wing, like Matthew Richardson who nearly won a brownlow playing on the wing at 30+ years of age, in which case he could average 105-110.

Ricochet

Surely this is the year he drops away. Has been a gun for so long and even in a struggling side he managed to have a ripper year this year.
Nice writeup mate

I said the exact same thing last year, even laughed at a mate who started him. Tend to agree but cant write him off!

Fantasygun

I'm picking him again. Picked him this year and people said he would drop off like stkilda but gee they looked like idiots didn't they?

You know he has big injury concerns right?

And the Saints will drop off even more now losing Big Boy and NDS

Vinny

Legend but I think he will drop off finally. But in saying that, he might not and could just keep killing it. Too much risk involved though and too expensive.

Dayze

Good to see him back last season and remind everybody of what a champion he is.
Not enough upside in him this season tho.

Gonna b a rough season for the sainters.

Injury concerns for him are nothing new.
I hope you are kidding, Stkilda had better value in the door than out. Back line is soldo now, the only fault is that there a few old players apart from that pretty good. Will come 12 th I reckon.

Ziplock

saints got a lot of talented youngsters, but I don't think they'll be good enough for a ladder climb- it'll be a situation like gws imo, talented youngsters, older guys at the top, but not enough players in between to move out of the bottom 3.

Saints have better older players than giants, but that's about it, I'd say 14th tops.

Fantasygun

Yeah, no improvement as in competitiveness but StKilda should have had 7-8 wins the way they played this year. The port and Westcoast games against stkilda at etihad were(yes I go for stkilda and might sound biased but it's not) determined in the end by disgusting umpires especially the Westcoast game.

Vinny

Saints won't finish outside the bottom four unfortunately. Gonna be a tough couple years for you guys. :-\

Fantasygun

Is it just me or has the cheer/boo system been killed off!
