Why are people surprised about Greene not getting DPP he had absolute no chance.
He had a chance, as he played a little bit down back this year, but obviously not enough to warrant DPP.

He played like 3 games down back
More like 5, but not that it matters.

The GWS players I am considering are Mummy, Coniglio, Shiel, Treloar and now O'Rourke

Mummy is such a beast when he is the lone ruckman, finished of last season with an average of 100 ppg from 6 games, possibly underpriced at 78 ppg in 2014.

Coniglio, Shiel and Treloar are all potential breakout players. Possible one of them to have a Prestia like increase in there output, especially someone like Coniglio who is training uninjured this preseason.

Lastly O'Rourke is a consideration with the new inflation of the rookie prices. If he finds himself in the 22, his price is too irresistible :P

Ziplock

the only issue with O'rourke is that I dunno if he is in the giants 21... and he's never been a huge ball winner anyway.

True but when most of the midfield rookies will be priced 80k+ then him, he has to be considered :P

Mummy won't be the only ruck though will he? Giles is still there

MGK1

Ill be backing one of the young GWS mids to have a Prestia like year and push to a premium midfielder. I think Shiel/Treloar look likely.

Strongly considering Mumford as the number 1 ruck, but still worried about Giles taking points. Heath Shaw would be one of the first options used out of defence but would also cop a tag every week you would think.

Hopefully Jono O'Rourke can net himself a spot in this team.

With Boyd and Hogan now priced above No 1 draft pick, General Patton at $60K less definately comes into calculations

Still not sure most teams will be too bothered with a starting tag on Shaw. They are still going to be a bottom 3 side.

imo Mummy>Giles. If thats the case how would they squeeze Giles into a side with a young star studded tall forward line in Cameron, Patton and Boyd? I'm thinking Giles will be missing out or has a very small role in the side where Mummy will take the full reigns as the number 1 ruck and only ruckman.

Ziplock

Giles is actually an ideal fwd/ ruck... he's a solid mark and an excellent shot for goal.

Having him rotate through the bench, ruck and forward line is viable imo.
