firstly, looks like basement price for NAT draft players will be 135.5k

But, more importantly,

Hodge, Mcveigh, Sam Mitchell are all M/D dpp

Goddard is mid only.

Ziplock

ok, not that huge, but still super relevant.

Hodge, Mitchell, dogall, Suckling...

too bad about the byes :P

Ricochet

Hahaha massive news. Gibbs is the big one I'm waiting on though

Money

Ziplock

And if Josh Kelly is 260k as well I'm asuming Someone like Aish will still be 200k... dont like the lowest rookie price being 135k....

rookei drafted players will probably be closer.

The rookie prices are crazy, I hope SC doesn't do this as well.
I expected Hodge and McVeigh to get DPP, was always 50/50 on Mitchell.

Mr.Craig

So there you go, m0nty was almost spot on with the MN.

We get $437,500 more in the salary cap than the Fanplanner has currently listed but it looks like a lot of that will be chewed up by the increased rookie prices.

Starting Friday, we'll have daily previews of every club's player prices for the 2014 NAB AFL Fantasy competition. Click back each morning to AFL.com.au to see what the Fantasy guns will cost you and where the bargains are to be found. Tomorrow: Greater Western Sydney

Hopefully it shows the positions too.

So here's everything in one nice post :)

Steve Johnson will start at $641,600
Dane Swan will start at $636,600
Gary Ablett will start at $621,200
Scott Pendlebury will start at $611,200

Tom Boyd will start at $262,900
Josh Kelly will start at $260,200

Players selected later in the draft such as Jonathon Marsh (Collingwood) will start at $135,500

Sam Mitchell, Luke Hodge and Jarrad McVeigh have all gained the DPP status of Midfield/Defender.

Brendon Goddard will now be a midfielder only losing his DPP status of MID/DEF.

Coaches will start with a salary cap of $10 million up from last year which was $9.139 million.

Get an extra 900k. So the rookies increase a little... It's going to be pretty similar as usual... Don't see the big deal.

Mr.Craig

So, I'm thinking with the generous increase in the cap there is more need to get your starting team right? Even if we have the same amount of trades as 2013 there won't be as much money floating around to fix mistakes?
