Getting pretty excited for next year to start, obviously its hard to nail a team at this stage especially until the actual prices and position changes are released. But heres how I'm thinking my team could look come round 1!

DEF: G. Birchall, J. McVeigh, P. Hanley, M. Suckling, B. Waters, M. Scharenberg (B. Colledge, D. Gardiner)
MID: G. Ablett Jnr S. Pendlebury, J. Watson, T. Cotchin, D. Beams D. Tyson, D. Sheed, L. Taylor (J. Martin, L. Dunstan)
RUC: N. Naitanui, A. Sandilands (L. McBean, S. Naismith)
FWD: T. Rockliff, D. Martin, L. Franklin, M. Pavlich, A. Fasolo, J. Hogan (S. Kersten, V. Michie)
CASH LEFT: $44,700

All criticism welcome, both positive and negative! Cheers

Nice team Converted. Beau Waters has had a few setbacks and very unlikely to start round 1. You can't find a spot for Dale Thomas ?  It really is  a nice team. Cheers mate.   ;) ;)

agree with Sabre.... my only concern recently, is that Rockcliff & Martin keeping their DPP... seems to be looking less and less likely as time goes on... but fingers crossed..!!!

Ricochet

Just a could of guys I think you need to consider mate. MMurphy and DThomas. Both are under priced and proven guns

Cheers for the feedback, will definitely take it on board!

1. Waters will probably be changed for Luke Macdonald who should receive defender status. Waters is a wait and see case as i think he won't be that cheap and probably wont be fit! Rookie priced defenders will become more clear once pre-season has kicked off i think so im not to worried!

2. Midfield is fairly straight forward for me except one position. Gaz and Pendles pick themselves. Beams is a lock for value even though i don't think hell receive the predicted fanplanner discount! And Watson is one of my personal favourites who suits bye structure and is slightly underpriced due to an injury affected score! So I really have one prem midfield spot up for grabs. Could be one of Danger, Jelwood or Swanny but I think Cotchin presents the best value along with Richmond's softish draw he is in atm.

3. Daisy is obviously on everyones radar, if fully fit in preseason etc he will be locked in! Good value and good for bye structure.

4. Other concern is picking a premo ruckline, Went with Maric and McEvoy last year and it didn't work out in the end. So Nic Nat is in, whilst Sandi will get upgraded to Goldy or Minson around byes and dependent on form.

Defence: As long as Waters is 100% fit round 1, looks really good
Mids: Looks good
Rucks: If NicNat retains FWD/RUC DPP, would put him forward and get rid of either Dusty or Buddy (or Rocky if he loses DPP), then bring in someone like Goldy/Minson/Leuey
Forwards: Would be nice to get Daisy in there, really good value. Would prefer him over Buddy, as I don't see Buddy averaging over 100 this year. I seem to be in the minority though :P

Overall a pretty good team, 9/10

Converted you have a solid team here i rate each line as follows
Def: I would probably replace Scharenberg in the team with Mcdonald apart from that defence is excellent
Mids: Very Solid be good to see how good Lewis Taylor is.
Rucks: Sandilands is a risk worth Taking
Fwds: If Rockliff is only a Midfielder this year then you may want to look at Replacing him with thomas but if not look at one of the other 2 but make surethat you get rid of someone that has the bye in Round 10 e.g Buddy as you have a few of your premiums on the bye in that round

Overall i think you need a structure of 10-10-10 for the bye weeks but i do think you still have a solid team so use your trades wisely. 8/10
