Ok, its a little bit e]rly for this, but I find looking at likely teams is very helpful in selecting players for both supercoach and dream team. Starting with the pies as they are my team and know a bit about them.

Bolded players are the ones I feel will be automatic selections every week barring injury. I have Keefe/Fasolo as the last bench spot depending o  whether pies want to go big or small, could change based on opponents. This gives the pies 13 walk up starts based on this, with the first players to rotate in being below.

S.Dwyer, J.Thomas, Q.Lynch, J.Witts, P.Karnezis.

As much as we would like to see Scharenberg get a run I think he will have to wait his turn with Harry O, Young, Seedsman and a returning Toovey running off the backline. Blair probably the unluckiest here and may well get a run in the fwd pocket.

May happen, not saying these positions are right. But Reid is a certainty to get picked. The arrival of White is what makes it interesting, pies will play 1 or 2 out of Keefe, White, Lynch but not all three. If the play the extra tall it will be keefe, with reid and white to swap through the second key forward spot as form and match ups work.

Your probably right, Blair over fasolo or dwyer as the coach loves his pressure.

Elliot close to being bold.

Maxwell I think will lose the captaincy, and althoufh a certainty for rnd 1, think he has been dropping off and may not be a certainty all year.

Josh Thomas is definitely in our team come Round 1.

Not sure on Clinton Young at half back and Seedsman on the wing either, think they should swap. If fit Keefe is in, means Reid can play both roles more effectively (forward and back).

Also think Shaz will get games early too. Trying to blood more youth, and it's worked in the past.

The flankers and wingers could all swap spots,  young, harry o, seedsman, sidebottom, williams could all swap positions but think all will play. Agree thomas is unlucky, but think thomas, dwyer, fasolo, blair will fight for a max 2 spots so would have to pick 2 out of them.

Let Fasolo prove his worth as he was out all year as with Dwyer. I know Dwyer did play well in patches but wasnt very consistent.

Yeah will be close to me, can see all those guys changing week to week on form and playing anywhere from 10-15 games each.

I think seedsman will be in many teams this year as someone needs to step up with shaw being out. I think people will need to rethink about having Scharenberg in there team after looking at that team. Fasolo could swap with Dwyer. Clinton Young should play more this year
