Wrestling fans are not happy that Roman Reigns â€" former “muscle” of The Shield â€" is going to WrestleMania 31 to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Following Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view, discontent customers took to social media telling others to #CancelWWENetwork â€" the hashtag was resting comfortably as the third highest trending phrase in the world late Sunday.

Apparently, a large percentage of fans backed up their trash-talking game by actual cancelling their WWE Network subscriptions. Hundreds of images, showing users on the official network cancellation page, can be found on Twitter. In fact, so many people jumped on the anti-WWE bandwagon, the cancellation page crashed for over an hour.

Last year, protest over “The Animal” Batista winning the Royal Rumble forced WWE to alter their plans, inserting Daniel Bryan into the world title picture at WrestleMania XXX. It will be interesting to see what kind of changes, if any, are made in the next two months.

Heard that, but was also expected to still air Raw inside WWE HQ (so no crowd) but guess that didn't go to plan. Fox 8 just showed a replay of the Title match (for free on Fox8... the day after it :o :o ). I'm alright with watching that match again :P.

I really hope they don't do the exact same thing as last year, even though it helps gain fans back, it obviously shows they don't think through their decisions ::). And predictable if they throw Bryan in there (which is apparently already being discussed).

Ah, so guess I read wrong at a site last night, or plans were changed again. I didn't get a Rumble match when I recorded Raw today on Foxtel, like Kyle it went to like 2 hours of the Simpsons :P.

Really hope Rusev wins both times, although it wouldn't surprise me if Rusev wins at FastLine and the almighty Cena wins on the big stage to end his streak
