My man Bray Wyatt will get his revenge!
For a guy with so much ability, he doesn't really do much :P

Id be keen to see him take on Reigns, one of these two has to step out as a sole career soon surely?

Noz

Reigns will have a huge 2014 will be the future face of the company. He has everything skill set, the look, even good on the mic.

Justin Bieber

The Shield is going to fall apart soon, Reigns will turn good guy because everybody loves him :P. I think Rollins will turn good as well, because he's awesome 8). I still love Ambrose, just makes you want to hate him and can see him going far as well. Bright future ahead, but hope Shield can stay strong for most of the year with some luck :D.

RIP Mae Young.

Who could forget those amazing power bombs Bubba Ray and D-Von gave her through the tables off the stage and of course her relationship with Mark Henry!!  She could get in the ring and take a 300 pound splash all the way to 90 years old.

Rest in Peace Johnnie Mae Young

No doubt she will be wrestling her good friend The Fabulous Moolah for all entirety now. No doubt she will be missed by everyone in the wrestling community prayers go out to her family and close friends.

Levis43

Agree Tbag if Bryan isn't in the rumble it will be WWE making a huge mistake. Can't wait for the moment when someone else wins and the whole crowd is chanting "We want Bryan!" or "NO!"

Noz

Come Royal Rumble the entire arena will finally follow the buzzards all the way to Wrestlemania as my man Bray Wyatt will become the second youngest man to ever win the rumble.

2014 Royal Rumble Overview, Results, Ratings and Implications

Royal Rumble Kickoff - Tag Team Champions: Cody Rhodes and Goldust VS The New Age Outlaws.

This match wasn't the greatest, but that is what WWE gives the people who only watch the pre-show. The match got out of hand rather fast with Goldust being driven into the barrier and Cody not seeing Billy Gunn tag in enabled the outlaws to pick up the win after Billy Gunn hit Cody with the Fameasser. This match was a preview of was what to come later during the Royal Rumble between Cody and Goldust. I think this match was the setting up for Goldust VS Cody at Mania which should be good. I don't think that The Outlaws will take the Tag Titles into Mania, but I think they will probably lose the titles at Elimination Chamber to The Uso's. Prior to that The Rhodes Brothers will probably get a rematch before Goldust turns heel. This match made most of the crowd sigh and set a bad tone for the next match. I tend to agree with the fans as it is hardly believable that the Outlaws can win after 14 years away from the ring. That's just Triple H and his buddies.

Winners: NEW Tag Team Champions The New Age Outlaws
Loser: Future of the WWE

Rating: C

Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View: Daniel Bryan with the WWE Universe VS Bray Wyatt with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan

This was easily match of the night despite what the crowd thinks. Daniel Bryan was all offense for most of the match. Rowan and Harper got ejected after trying to attack Bryan behind the refs back. This match had many high spots to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. From Bray getting thrown over the ring steps to the crowd chanting "yes" and "no" during every punch and kick. Bray got control toward the back end of the match and started dominating. He did another one of those spider walks and hit Bryan with a running senton outside the ring. The match came to a close when Bryan tried to do a running dive to Bray outside the ring but Wyatt caught him and hit him with a sister Abigail into the barricade. Wyatt then put Bryan back into the ring and hit another Sister Abigail for the win. This match was very good but it was the wrong way to finish the feud. The crowd was stunned and upset with the result. Most of the crowd was silent for the rest of the night and this Bryan loss resulted in many members of the audience chant for Bryan throughout the night. It looks as though that the Bryan Vs Wyatt feud is over and now I think that Bryan will take on The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Most of the fans didn't care how good the match was they wanted to see Bryan win and WWE's failure to do this resulted in mediocre reaction for the rest of the night.

Winner: Bray Wyatt
Loser: Fans who paid money to see Danny and Daniel's push!

Rating for Feud Ending: C-

The Big Show VS Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman

Big Show came out first and was all business. Lesnar came out next and during his entrance hit Show with multiple punches taking him down. The match wasn't underway when Heyman put a chair in the ring and Lesnar took full advantage using it to nail Show about 15 times. When Show finally got to his feet the match was underway. Lesnar still had his hands on a chair but Show hit a huge "knockout" punch. Which didn't even knock Lesnar out. Lesnar picked up a relatively easy victory with the F5. After the match Lesnar broke two more chairs over Big Show. Even though this match was very short it had a lot of implications. Big Show was already injured prior to the event, this is probably why it was short. The main goal WWE was trying to achieve in this match was to make Lesnar look scary and dominant. Which he did. What is next for Lesnar is a title match at the Elimination Chamber. Which he should win and go on to battle the winner of the Rumble at Mania. Big Show might be on the shelf a while.

Winner: Brock Lesnar
Loser: Big Show and those steel chairs

Rating: B+

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton VS John Cena for the Title

Due to the previous matches the crowd was getting rather annoyed. This match was actually quite good but I believe that it progressed to quickly. The match had too many finishers and early kick-outs and they even used each others moves. But the crowd wasn't into it with chants for Daniel Bryan going on throughout the entire match. Also chants of "this is boring!' and "we want divas!"

The match finally got interesting when the Wyatt family showed up which distracted Cena and enabled Orton to hit an RKO and pin Cena to win. I firstly thought this was good but I then realised it was bad. Due to the Wyatts coming out it made many people look bad. First it made the champion look bad by Orton needing help to win against someone he has beaten cleanly before. It makes Daniel Bryan look bad as it looks like he is just bait for the Wyatts. Bray looks bad because he didn't get the reaction he should have got due to what happened earlier. Cena VS Bray at Chamber or Mania. Orton VS Lesnar at Chamber. Not sure what will happen with Orton at Mania.

Winner: Ummm.... Lesnar?
Loser: Orton, Cena, Wyatt, Bryan, Triple H, Vince McMahon, Stephanie, Michael Cole, ME, YOU, fat guy in the front row, WWE Universe BABY!!

Main Event: Royal Rumble Match

This match is what most fans bought the show for. I along with many others are always hyped for the rumble. It the most exciting match of the year and I spent many hours reading online forums seeing what others think. If I didn't know Punk was number 1, I would of though more highly of the match.

Punk was entry 1 and Seth Rollins, the workhorse of The Shield was 2. Which at the time was awesome but they barely had any interaction the entire match despite both being in the match a long time. Sandow was 3 and got eliminated by Punk relatively quickly. Cody Rhodes was entry 4 and this was stupid after having a match earlier. I also think that WWE didn't need to bring in a big worker like Cody when they already had two big workers in Punk and Rollins.

First surprise entry of the night cam at 5 when Corporate *cough* sell out Kane came in. Kane should of had a better showing but was eliminated by C.M. Punk rather fast, in around half a minute.  Well done to WWE to getting something right and bringing in Alexander Rusev at 6. Rusev had a nice showing looking strong from the moment he entered destroying everyone but not getting and elimination. 7 was Jack Swagger. 8 was the excitement machine Kofi.

Mark for Kofi. Boom Boom Boom!

I like what WWE did by letting the ring fill with superstars and not eliminating them too quick. Entry 9 was Jimmy Uso. Uce-O! 10 was Goldust to join his brother Cody starring in; "The brothers who have to work twice after losing to 50 year olds." Entry 11 was Dean Ambrose, The eccentric member of The Shield. Next apparent "shock" of the night was Dolph Ziggler at 12, who was returning after a minor injury. There was a long time between eliminations with the next one being Rusev by Kofi, Punk, Dolph and Rhodes. The highlight of the match came when Kofi got pushed out of the ring and caught by Rusev. Rusev put him on the barricade and Kofi survived elimination by jumping back into the ring. Youtube it.

Number 13 was R-Truth. What's UP!? He got eliminated by Ambrose pretty quick some reason. Ambrose then eliminated Jimmy Uso. Next surprise and keeping that number 14 curse going was Kevin Nash. He eliminated Swagger.

Next was Roman Reigns, the powerhouse of The Shield at 15. He eliminated Kofi, Ziggler, Nash. Khali was next at 16. Khali got eliminated by all of the Shield. Cody Rhodes then got accidentally pushed of the apron by Goldust. reigns then eliminated Cody. Biggest surprise of the night was at 17. SHEAMUS. He didn't do much but looked very good. The Miz at 18. Fandango at 19.

El Torito at 20. Come on now. Torito over Axel, 3MB, Brodus, Sincara, BNB? NO! Torito even eliminated Fandango. But it's good because he padded Reigns stats. Cesaro 21.

High spot was when he Cesaro Swung Roliins 27 times! Harper at 22. No real reason for him to be in the Rumble. His entrance just reminded fans of what happen to Bryan and put them in a worst state of mind. Jey Uso at 23. Huge shock at 24 JBL. Horrible booking getting eliminated by Reigns in 20 seconds and took the spot of Tyson Kidd. Miz got eliminated by Luke Harper. As did Jey Uso. I expected a better showing by both Usos. Erick Rowan at 25. At this point most of the fans started getting edgy. Ryback at 26. Albertoooo Del Riooo at 27. Boretista at 28. Batista hit the ring and was blown up. He somehow manged to get Rowan, Ryback and Del Rio all out.

3 ain't enough man I need 5. With Big E. Langston at 29. Most fans then knew that 30 would be either Rey Mysterio or Daniel Bryan. But again WWE let us down bringing Rey in. The crowd got really angry with that and the Daniel Bryan chants begun. YES!. Big E. got eliminated by Sheamus. In WWE showing us who the best big man is.

Then in what should never happen, number 30 got eliminated with 8 other guys left when Rey got tossed by Rollins. Reigns then Eliminated Harper. Biggest spot was after that Reigns was looking down of Harper when Ambrose tried to eliminate Reigns but Rollins stopped him. The Shield tried to eliminate Cesaro but instead Reigns chucked Cesaro, Ambrose and Rollins out at once and thus equaling Kane's 2001 record.
Props to Rollins.

Now down to 4; C.M. Punk, Roman Reigns, Sheamus and Batista. Punk came alive at this moment hitting multiple GTS's and laying the other 3 down. What occurred next was absolutely terrible. Kane came in through the crowd and eliminated Punk. He then choke-slammed Punk into the Spanish announce table. Bad booking all around. The crowd was starting to get into Punk being the only big star left. He got the second biggest cheer of the night and again WWE wrecked it. If Punk was going to get tossed by anyone it should of been Triple H.

Sheamus then got eliminated by Reigns who just set the record for eliminations. Sheamus wasn't really over and only got one elimination. Now with Batista and Roman Reigns being the only two left. The crowd actually started cheering for Reigns being the only full time star left. Batista's horrible stamina was for all to see when in the ring with the REAL Animal Roman Reigns.

Major stuff-up was when Batista was suppose to jump and spear Reigns while he was attempting the superman punch, but Boretista bored out and only hit Reigns leg. It looked pretty bad. Reigns hit a spear and looked to eliminate Boretista but he counter and Batista won. Overall up to entry 19 the rumble was great but after that progressive downwards spiral. Never before in any Rumble have I heard/seen the fans boo for 2 returning superstars and number 30. That's what happened tonight the fans booed for Sheamus, Batista and Rey. Batista VS Brock at Mania. Snooze. Anyone other than Batista! Even Cena!

Winner: Batista's bank balance.
Loser: Vince's bank balance. Batista's face run.

Rating: NB for No Bryan = F

It doesn't matter who you are, you have to cheer for Bryan. If you don't get up for Bryan in a live crowd the people around you give evil stares. If you're not cheering for him who the hell are you cheering for. Most over guy since Austin. Biggest drawn in the company but not in rumble.

Night Ratings and What's Next:

Randy Orton: B. Will job out to Lesnar at Chamber PPV. No idea who he will take on at Mania

John Cena: B+ Cena's RKO was better than Orton's AA. Cena and Bryan VS Rohan and Harper at Chamber. Cena VS Wyatt or Taker at mania.

Daniel Bryan: A. Bryan VS Taker. Bod forbid Bryan VS Sheamus. Maybe Bryan VS Lesnar

C.M. Punk: A for 55 minute + performance. Punk VS Kane at Chamber. Punk VS Hunter at Mania.

Brock Lesnar: A. Wins title at chamber. Bryan, Taker, Batista at Mania.

Batista: F- for ring fitness. Will beat Del Rio at Chamber then lose to whoever at Mania.

The Wyatts: A. Bray Wyatt VS anyone at Mania and will win.

The Shield: A+ to Rollins for surviving. Breakup at mania. Triple Threat with Reigns winning.

Rhodes Brothers: A. Goldust VS Cody. Wrestlemania 30. A+++

Usos: D. I though they were pushing the Usos? Win tags titles at chamber. Loses them to Real Americans at Mania.

Sheamus: C. Yeah.

Even Batista isn't happy with the crowd.

Noz

I paid to see Wyatt's push so your wrong there

Also just because NAO won the Tag Titles that doesnt destroy the future of WWE it was the right move. They need to build up their tag team division and they are doing it very well.

Levis43

I think most people realise that Bryan will win the world title within the next 6 months. They see that there is no point in him losing to Bray when he will eventually have to beat Lesnar, Orton, Cena, Batista or whoever is champ.
