IMO Shinsuke needs to stay in NXT. Yes, KO went in and out quickly (6 months from memory) but I think the push he got was reserved for Sami Zayn before he got injured, but boy it was the right call in hindsight. I don't think anyone else has done this before or since.

Definitely Finn and Bayley, both were cornerstones for NXT and both have dropped titles.
Confident on American Alpha getting the call up.
Blake and Murphy I think should, but wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.
Zack Ryder and Eva Marie are technically on NXT's roster as well as the main so maybe WWE is just trolling and these two are part of the 'promotion' lol.

I honestly can't "realistically" think who else will get the promotion. IMO if all of Finn, Shinsuke, Bayley, Asuka, Joe and AA like people are saying, then NXT would need a full rebuild lol. If it is the people I have mentioned then you still could get have a Joe v Nakamura rivalry for the title, a Dash and Dawson v TM61 for the tag ones, and women's title could remain as it is.

I'd say Finn and Bayley should get the call up. As should AA and Revival, they allow for some current tag teams to be split while they help fill some void.

Joe and Nakamura should get the call up, but as Atto said, it'll need a bit of a rebuild if the case. I can see Joe staying down to help some of the up and comers, but Nakamura seems to be adjusting well to the WWE environment and I know HHH is high on him. So many deserving the call up to make a bigger name for themselves!

I'd keep Joe in NXT over Shinsuke. No offense to Joe, but he will never be a top carder in the WWE. Where as Shinsuke has the potential to be a Wrestlemania main carder.  And Shiksuke's entrance theme is the greatest thing ever. And if they draft Shinsuke, they need to draft the commentator who screams out "KIIIIINNNNNSHASAAAAAA"
