Yeah no idea where the 61 came from, but the Aussie flags gave it away for them :P. It's hard for a new tag team to win their first especially as Gargana/Ciampa have been pushed as a tag team again lately. Still good debut in the loss, will only build from here! Rusev did lose his first singles NXT match as well, so it happens ;).

Awesome you got to train with one of them! Never tried wrestling so curious how you found it Valk? (unless you meant train at a gym or something outside of the ring haha)

I trained in wrestling with Shane at EPW (Explosive Pro Wrestling) about 10'ish years ago

They used to do 2 trial intakes a year.  You basically got physically tested for about 4 hours and then if they deemed you worthy you were offered to take up a spot in the training dungeon.

That sounds pretty cool! 4 hours of training/drills would have been quite the workout, yet alone to get in there. Sounds like some experience!!

It wasn't 4 hours of training drills... it was running, more running, carrying people while running, squats, running, more squats, running, lunges followed with more running.

Once you get through that, then we did some basic stuff in the ring.. running the ropes, falls, basic throws and then we each took a chop to the chest from a guy named Devlin Reeves (that flowering hurt)

TM61 - not sure why there are 61.  Obviously means they get to keep TMDK for themselves (even though they used the catch line)

Good match, a little upset that their 2 finishes didnt even keep their opponent down (one ended in pinfall)

Not 100%, but the 61 being used is the international calling code for Aust.
