Is the trading system different and has it been explained anywhere yet?

-Ele Very Nice team man!

Edit - Only thing I can see is getting rid of spud Maxwell for say a Dan Christian?
Trading system  is as it was last year so it is quite different to all other fantasy competitions.  I am hoping to get my trade guide done tonight so that should explain everything in a fair amount of detail.

PowerBug

what is the trading system? :O I didn't play it last year. :(

Pretty much you get 2 trades to use each round,  but you can use them St any stage during the round on nay player, as long as they are not currently in a match.

So, for example, I can have Finch in my team tonight, and the  in the morning I can trade him out for a Sixes player who is yet to play this round, and I will get points for both of them. So it's quite a complex system to manipulate properly and get maximum points.

Adamant

Do we know if North is gonna be playing in the Big Bash yet?

PowerBug

hmmmm, so it might be worth to start with more players playing in the first game of the round. :o

Hmm actually reading their ugh the rules on the site now I think they may have changed if for this year.

From how I see it now, it is just using a basic rolling lockout like in Super Coach.  Could someone else please get on there a day give the rules a read to make sure I am understanding it Correctly? The last thing I want to do is give people the wrong information.

Get rid of McDonald. He is out injured for the whole competition.

Adamant

Wow really? I can't find anything about him being injured. It says his status is fit on his player profile.

Adamant

Cheers, looks like Henriques will be taking his spot despite my dislike for him.

In my phone, and saw this on Facebook, so can't post a link, but take a look at Joe Burns' team. It doesn't look to good to me, lol.

elephants

Nrich, stop trying to claim Mitch as a Queenslander.

He plays and lives in WA so he's ours ;)

This should help...

From the Gades' FB page.

Your Melbourne Renegades squad V Stars; Aaron Finch (C), Fawad Ahmed, Jos Buttler, Tom Cooper, Alex Doolan, Jake Haberfield, Jayde Herrick, Muthiah Muralidaran, Peter Nevill, Aaron O'Brien, Nathan Rimmington, Ben Rohrer, Will Sheridan. Get on red!

That's 13 guys, two will obviously miss out.

Finch
Doolan
Buttler
Rohrer
Nevill
Cooper
Herrick
Murali
Rimmington
O'Brien
Sheridan

That's my guess, Haberfield and Fawad to miss I'd say. They might play Fawad over Obi though, but Obi's an allrounder though.

Nige

And here's the Stars squad!

Cameron White (c), Jackson Bird, Peter Handscomb, John Hastings, Brad Hodge, David Hussey, Alex Keath, Glenn Maxwell, Clint McKay, Clive Rose, Marcus Stoinis, Matthew Wade and Luke Wright!

I'd expect Keath and Stoinis to miss out, meaning the team will look something like...

Wright
White
Hodge
Hussey
Maxwell
Wade
Handscomb
Bird
Hastings
McKay
Rose

Bobby Quiney and James Faulkner are injured, while Slinga Malinga is in Dubai with Sri Lanka.

Really cut about the absence of 'The Barrel' Scotty Boland.  :(
