I think Ive run myself into a spot of bother

BAT: Finch - White - Hales - North (Maddinson)
AR: M.Marsh - Henriques (Lawford)
WK: Kieswetter (Nevill)
BWL: Cutting - Bird - Vettori - Hazlewood (O'Brien)

Have no Hurricanes or Thunder next week for their DGW and have only one scorcher for this week. What the hell do I do?

Out obrien in Hogg.

Out hales in Birt.

Then get hales back for his double gameweek the week after the thunders dgw.

Should have said, which one this week haha, I plan on having both come there DGW.

I think having 3 Scorchers is not a problem this week imo

You have 2 trades to trade them out and you still have 4 bench spots

So really you can have 5 on field this week

Trade 2 out and still have 3 on your bench. provided you have a playing 15.

Lucky I only have 1 striker and will have 3 scorchers post trade.

Finch > Katich (provided he's playing)
O'Brien > Hogg

then trade both of them out for Scorcher/Striker bye > Thunder/Hurricane

NoButYeah

Someone tweeted asking about Shaun Marsh playing both, this was the reply

@ScorchersBBL: @stustar09 The 1st ODI isn't until 12 Jan, so he'll miss the @SixersBBL game on 10 Jan

Would assume the same for NCN

JBs-Hawks

Ah shower forgot about marsh being in the ODI squad, damnit :(

Adamant

That throws a spanner in the works.

Gonna have to figure out my trading plan over the next two weeks now.

Thomas4025

Would that mean the same for Bopara being in the England Squad?

Adamant

Ok, this is what I'm aiming for over the next two weeks. Still pissed about my North to Maddinson trade after round 1, such a nothing trade didn't need to do it.

This week: Finch --> M. Hussey & Murali --> Hogg.

M. Hussey, A. Hales, D. Hussey, T. Birt (N. Maddinson)
M. Marsh x2, M. Henriques (T. Armstrong x2)
C. Kieswetter (P. Nevill)
D. Vettori, B. Hogg x2, N. Coulter-Nile, J. Hazlewood (N. Rimmington)

Then next week I can go NCN --> Nannes/Laughlin and Armstrong --> umm, Shoab Malik or Chris Woakes, I guess (anybody rate them as options?) which should hopefully leave me looking like this (remembering Strikers & Scorchers have the bye and Hurricanes & Scorchers play twice).

M. Hussey x2, D. Hussey, T. Birt x2, N. Maddinson (A. Hales)
S. Malik/C. Woakes x2, M. Henriques (M. Marsh)
C. Kieswetter (P. Nevill)
D. Vettori, N. Rimmington, D. Nannes/B. Laughlin x2, J. Hazlewood (B. Hogg)

Not thrilled about it, but should be solid enough.

PowerBug

I believe Woakes is finished with his BBL duties... :\ So Malik the only option then, as you want a DGW player. That looks like the best way to go about things yeah. :) Solid team.

BAT: Finch, Bopara, Hales, Maddinson. (Katich)
ALR: M.Marsh, Hastings. (Wright)
WK: Kieswetter. (Nevill)
BOWL: Bird, Hazelwood, Cutting, Murali. (Rose)

$6k Remaining. Thinking of going Finch

Ringo

Why would you not play Katich with scorchers having 2 games. Do not think Bopara is available either,
