Have to agree with a few here. I am a Scorchers fan. But we have a pretty sh1t side compared to most. Lack 2 real strong batters off a good side

Funny, I dont think figures of 4/8 sucks??

He was one of the most economical death bowlers in the league over the past two seasons and yes, he's been scratchy this season but was great in setting up the win vs the Renegades. Once we get Cummins back our attack is the best in the league.

Of course we are a batsmen short, flowering Dwayne Smith pulled out on us last minute ::) If we make finals we have the bowling power to compensate for a perceived batting weakness.

Is it worth using the loophole on Katich seeing as he only scored 34 in his first game, or give the C to one of White, Maxwell, M Hussey, Bird?

Just realised I am playing you in one of the Leagues so take the advice how you would.

Basically it comes down to how many you think Katich will score against Sixers.  Looked good last night until run out by his partner.  Will open the innings again.  So if he was to score say 50 for 84 would any of the other options score 84 as an example.

Only you can make the decision but remember Hussey is playing Heat tonight so if you think he is an alternate to change before match. As a Heat supporter I am nervous about this one as I think if Hussey fires Thunder will get their first win.  Been close.

Also White opens for the Stars but does not bowl unfortunately but is also capable of scoring 80+.

Yeah Torp and Koop have convinced me to go with Hussey for now. White was fantastic as captain last week, but not sure if he'll fire two weeks in a row.

AHah but Ele.. you have to admit, this season he has been bowling dismal. Yeah true, that did hurt us big time! Should of paid Hussey more and recruited a big hiter.
