Zach Merrett i can see playing round 1

Dom Sheed should get regular games at the Eagles and score pretty well.
Same goes with Luke Dunstan at the Saints.
I like Kolodjashnij's potential at the Gold Coast.
Lewis Taylor at the Lions could be a great get.
Matt Fuller, gun rebounding defender from the SANFL should get regular games at the Dogs.
If Sam Lloyd gets a go at Richmond he could shape as a great buy. Mature aged excitement machine.

Kavanagh hasn't barely played in 2 years. Watson,Goddard,Heppell,Howlett,Zaharakis,Stanton,Melksham,Chapman,Myers not much room in the mids at the Bombers.

Kav is/was much skinnier then Merrett also our mids didn't get many injuries this year and Zach could slot into our forward line nicely especially if Winderlich or Chappy get injuries which seems like a sure thing

Hate to rain on the parade but at this stage can not see Aish or Taylor playing in Round 1. What people are tending to forget the go home boys were not regulars in Brisbanes best 22,  Aish and Taylor will have to force their way into a Brisbane midfield of Rich, Redden, Rockliff, Moloney, Hanley, Mayes, with Zorko, Beams and polkinghorne also having claims. Aish may compete with Mayes if he has a strong preseason. Of the Brisbane recruits Gardiner imo is the one who may get early games but that may depend on form as well.

Point still is who of the six named would you drop for Aish - Rich, Rocky, Reddan, Moloney, Hanley and Mayes who are the current mids. As I said Aish has to force his way in and that is my reason for saying will not be there in Round 1.
