Gary Ablett, Scott Pendlebury, Tom Rockliff, Dayne Beams, Dale Thomas, Dom Tyson, Dom Sheed, Claye Beams
Jack Martin, Luke Dunstan

Nic Naitanui, Todd Goldstein
Ben Brown, Sam Naismith

Patrick Dangerfield, Dustin Martin, Lance Franklin, Mitch Clark, Jonathon Patton, Ben Lennon
Jesse Hogan, Shane Kersten

I hope i can fit this team in. by my calcualtions I have just over 150k left in the bank. which should account for martin and hogan going up in price.

havent picked the best of the best down back which is the only worry. the old mids might drop off a little bit. e.g. mcveigh, hodge, mitchell etc..

muntedmyke

Nice team mate. Can't find many flaws at all!
Only thing id change would be dusty too pav or someone and then Lennon to someone decent. Personally I'm taking Schneider as a smokey as he should have an 80 avg coming into the byes and is pretty cheap
P.s I have a jelwood man crush. Hop on

My Chumps

I'd change Naismith to Derickx, but that's a very minor thing. Very interesting PODs there with Thompson, Daisy and Patton. Still can't believe that Thomas lost his DPP but Martin kept his ::)

yeah ruck rookies have no clue just stuck names in there.

patton pretty cheap priced cheaper than boyd if he plas 22 im ok.

Thompson only there because of his bye.

buddy not sure on i may just go roughy for the bye.

fairly happy with the strucutre.

ubeaut

Happy to see someone else with GAJ -  and Thomas as 5th mid. I see him being like Moloney last season (which worked out perfectly) whereas most are jumping off due to loss of DPP.

Also like the Clark pick he played well when the team was at it's worst (and scored ok too)

Can't trust Waters and I reckon Walker and/or McVeigh over Simpson or Thompson.

Other than that can't fault it. Good structure and please keep Ablett!

Martin kept his dpp because he spent probably 50% game time forward every week.
Daisy didn't play hardly at all so he should have probably kept it to

This. When did Daisy play forward this year? And as you said Dusty was up forward a bit this year and I definitely expected him to keep DPP, he had 55 scoring shots this year.

The collingwood games I saw, daisy was actually playing in the back line  :o

Yep, me too Quinny.
He only played a few games so that's why he probably wouldn't have get M/D I think?

was a little over the cap so havechanged some things around. Im starting to think its worth paying up for some of the pricey rookies in the froward line as im playing a few more than usual so want them to be solid.

JJK is there for his bye, similar priced to buddy and he was averaging around 100 unitll the last month.

reluctantly picking sandi but given he is round 10 i want him out than so he needs to hold up for 9 rounds.

Nice Holz, I completed my first proper Fan Planner team earlier today and it looked similar to this.
Backs look strong.
Mids have a good balance between scoring and money making ability.
Rucks are good (same as mine).
Forwards look good too, Danger and Dusty are automatically locked. Not sure about JJK, but he could work. He scored well until the end of the year. I think I'll start with Hogan or Bock, so yeah good work Holz.

flirted with the idea of JJK myself and still under consideration .. im currently putting a bit of faith in one of the st kilda boys dunstan or acres at m8 and playing 2 rookies down back ... forever changing team tho

D: surprised to see neither of Mcveigh or Mitchell but a strong back line still.
M: really like it. Basically the same I'm going with. Just don't know weather to get Watson over Rocky
R: same as mine. Wasn't gonna get sand I but to cheap to ignore.
F: not sure about JJK. Would much prefer to see a buddy or Pav in there. Dunno about paying all of that coin for hogan either. great JS but a key forward type and in a bottom side.  Gonna be lucky to average much over 50 I would think

The thing with Hogan is he plays key forward but is very mobile ... the coin is definitely worth it ... my issue is whether mitch clark is worth the risk

quinny88

Clarke is safer than hogan though. If he stays injury free we know he can average around 80.
Will have to keep an eye on hogan in the Nab. I just think it gonna be tough for him at the Dees especially
