What do you mean his average went down? No it didn't, it most certainly went up in 2013. By close to 10 points. Or did you mean from 2011 to 2012.

Griffen is def in premo territory now. Though I think Libba has more upside and potential than him as a starter. However, he could be an upgrade target.
